  “Ordered a burger and chips and my burger was undercooked. I asked for no onions and it was still put on. I called to tell them this and they just disregarded what I said and did not come up with any solutions or refund. If they get your order wrong, they will not fix it or refund it! They also got my drink wrong”

  “Genuinely the worst food I have had for as long as I can remember. Ordered around £40 worth of food. 1 of 3 items was missing. If it tastes anything like the food that arrived I'm glad they missed it. The burger was embarrassingly small. After taking a bite, I'm glad it was tiny because it tasted horrible. The donner was also horrible but again thankfully the portion was embarrassingly small so i didn't gave to suffer too much. The wings were disgusting too. The only part of the meal that tasted ok was the fries. Do not order from this place. Total rip off, awful food, miss items from your order. What a waste of money.”

  “Went in the last week with 2 other mates, all as first time customers. Between us we ordered 2 of the box meals and a vegan burger. Service was very quick and when opening the food we could tell it was freshly off the stove all with good quality ingredients. Portions of each item was a good balance and all flavourful. Overall all 3 of us were more than satisfied with the food and will definitely be returning!”

  “Just ordered two Barbecue flavoured boxes. Both are completely drenched in hot chilli sauce on every item. Can’t eat the food because of it… burgers also soggy and the loaded fries came with fat tone of chilli sauce and a sprinkle of herbs. Awful.”

  “I’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions and never had a problem with the service or standard of food. Our milkshakes arrived liked this. One of which wasn’t even the right flavour, luckily I don’t have any allergies as they’d given us 2 forrero Roche. They tasted and looked like they’d gone off. I called up to complain and was told it’s not possible as no milk is used ?? No milk is used for a milkshake ? My partner is now sick from food poisoning. When I first called to complain I was told I would get a phone call back 10 minutes later. I did not. I had to go out of my way and even now am yet to receive a refund or confirmation that I’ll be receiving one. £40 spent on this order and not even the burger could be swallowed, considering that’s the name of the shop and having ordered from here on many occasions I assumed the burger would be decent. It tasted bland, the lettuce was a dark brown, and it was cold as if it had been microwaved. This place needs to be closed down. Considering the manager was in, I’m completely shocked that we were served this. Spoke to the manager on the phone, was given no apology and told we would get a refund which is again is yet to happen. I can see on uber eats no refund has been processed. Won’t be ordering from here again I can tell you that.🤢 wish I saw before the food hygiene being a 2. This needs to be checked again evidently.”

  “Food was already cold by the time it arrived, I don't even live far from the shop for it to come cold. 14 quid for my box with the curly fries and they gave me half a handful of curly fries, extremely disappointed. First and last time ordering from here”

  “What a waste of money. He called this piece of waste, smashed burger. Bare in mind there is no normal drink like coke and pepsi it’s all fake drinks. Never try again. Not recommending at all”
