  “Good food but they take so much time to get it to you, you think they are making it fresh then you get the food and its just about warm honestly if it wasn't for the sauces it wouldn't be any better then your average dixyz. If you want to see some entertainment wqtching ppl tryingnto avoid the massive crater of a pot hole outside is crazy. Don't forget to put your reg in as you will be fined if using their car park”

  “Absolutely disgusting customer service. Waited over 1 hour 15 minutes for Uber eats order, came with missing food missing straws and was completely cold. Rang to complain and was passed around to 3 people to be told "oh can you come and collect it" what a joke.”

  “I’ve been really disappointed with Roscoes lately and unfortunately I won’t be going back. The food quality has gone downhill quite noticeably. What used to be a great place for a decent meal now feels inconsistent and lacking in flavour and care. On top of that, the service is just as bad. Staff come across as uninterested and unhelpful, and there’s very little attention given to customers once you’re inside. Overall, both the food and service are well below the standard they used to be. It’s a shame to see, but it really needs improving before things get any worse.”

  “what an experience! I decided to treat myself to their combo with the chicken burger and thigh piece. Because nothing says 'value' like paying premium prices for toddler-sized portions that leave you hungrier than when you started. The chicken thigh? Masterpiece of culinary engineering. They didn't just give me one piece – oh no, they thoughtfully split it into TWO glorious halves for me. Truly generous. It's like they looked at that single thigh and said, 'You know what this needs? A divorce.' Now I have two tiny pieces instead of one slightly less tiny piece. My wallet is crying tears of joy at this incredible value.”

  “Used to work by this place a few years ago. Back then I would recommend it to every single person I'd speak with. Seriously best chicken ever. Ordered for delivery for the nostalgia feel...it was OK, nothing special, wings were good, chicken was actually quite bland, and very small portions. Hopefully they can find solution for this”

  “Ordered chicken and one part of my order gave me the wrong flavours on the chicken. When I called to explain the issue the manager began saying he can’t do anything until he checks cctv footage and his resolution was upon checking he will make a note under my name. I asked if they had cctv over the chicken and whether he could check the flavour in the cameras he said yes. I asked whether he thought I was lying as I had a big order and this was only part of my order he just kept saying I need to check the cctv or you have to bring the food back for him to check. I explained I just waited 20 mins to pick up the order, then upon arrival they said I had to wait another 10 minutes and that I have a little baby there’s eid traffic and I can’t come back. Repeatedly interrupted me showing complete disregard and just said I don’t have a delivery driver. I then asked for his name so I could make a complaint for the way he has spoken to me and the lack of care. He repeatedly refused to give me his name. This was on Monday 25th May at 8pm so hopefully someone can check who this rude man was.”

  “First time buying from here and i aint happy at all what it looks like on uber eats looks tasty looks appealing… in real life i was disappointed. The food tasted nasty . Fries tasted like they was cooked hours ago. Burger and wings was nasty too . Waited 3 hrs for this food to come and it just go in the bin even microwaving it couldn’t help me here also i’l never be ordering from here again absolutely angry as hell right now . . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE WASTING MONEY AND IT GOING IN THE BIN”

  “First time visiting this place. I ordered a family bucket meal — the food was okay, nothing really to complain about, but also nothing special. Prices felt a bit high for the quality and portion size. One small issue: I had to go back to ask for tissues and cutlery for the coleslaw, which should’ve been included with the order. Not a big deal, but it’s the little things that make a difference. Overall, the place is clean and service is fine, but for the price, I expect bit more down would be great for the customer as you can find less price near by with similar quality. I’ve also noticed quite a few negative reviews from other customers about dine-in service, delivery issues, and even rude staff behaviour. I personally didn’t face that, but I hope the owner takes these complaints seriously and works on improving service and consistency.”

  “Problem sorted, staff was polite and gave me the free burger meal, I asked to upgrade and I would pay for it and he said not to worry about the upgrade price. Nice food in this place! I went into Roscoe's to order food, baring in mind I love far from there. I had got home and saw that there was no bun on top of one of the burgers I had purchased. I really think this is unacceptable and how can I contact this place as I tried calling but they didn't respond. Pls can I be refunded.”

  “Food is good quality to be fair. Chicken is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Wings taste nice as well. Their mango flavour drink is excellent. Had more mango flavour than rubicon. Only one thing I ordered a Mexican burger but I received a fillet burger with extra slips on it only, also ordered beqns but received a tub of mash instead and actually is tasted good. But I didn't want to complain as i was starving and just ate away. Otherwise overall very good and would come back again.”
