  “Would give zero stars if I could once again messed up my order, ordered a mega mix burger and received a totally different burger and it’s the same guy behind the counter who messes my order up again and again. Would ask for a refund or something to fix this but knowing how bad the customer service is they wouldn’t do anything about it and play stupid. AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!!!”

  “I ended up visiting Dixy Chicken on Corporation Street because my usual branch of a different takeout had closed down. I originally wanted some chicken strips and fries, but they were a little pricier here, so I decided to try the Chicken Sizzler Burger Meal instead. I'm glad I did! The fries were perfectly cooked, lightly salted, and incredibly generous in portion size. The bag looked small at first, but there were plenty of chips inside and they were very filling. The chicken breast in the burger was cooked really well, tender, white meat on the inside with a crispy, flavourful Sizzler coating. I asked for no cheese, and the burger came with mayo and lettuce. The bun was surprisingly good too: light and soft, not heavy or starchy like you sometimes get elsewhere, yet still full of flavour. They also threw in two complimentary sauces, which was a lovely touch. I'm not sure what they were called, but they tasted like a spicy mayo with a hint of onion relish and paired really nicely with the meal. If I had one small suggestion, I'd have liked a bit more mayo and lettuce in the burger, but that's only a minor point. The chilled 7UP was also very refreshing. The staff were friendly and professional, service was quick with no waiting around, and the atmosphere was pleasant and polite. The restaurant itself was clean, with clear signage promoting a safe environment and discouraging loitering. Overall, I definitely got good value for money. They even offer student discounts, which is a nice bonus. Great service, a really decent meal, and I'd happily come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “This store needs to be closed within immediate effect. I ordered 3 Wings and waited 45 Minutes. Nobody should have to wait such a long period of time for a simple appetiser. The individual whom served me stated that the reason for the slow service was due to “the machine”. I along with 9 other people waited this length of time plus longer for their food. The establishment is in very clear violation of Health and Safety Standards and provides very poor customer service.”

  “I would have rated this place higher a few years ago. However, my last 2 visits have put me off for life. Firstly, the quality of food has gone down manyfold. Customer service is non-existant. Hygiene is questionable. Pricing is ridiculous. Please fix up ASAP!!!”

  “Giving 5* because this is one of the cheapest and most generous food spots around. Chicken on par with KFC, however, they also offer a very large selection of burgers and pizzas. I came here 3 times as they're open very late into the night and always ordered something else. Staff is nice and efficient, wait time has been consistently about 20 minutes. Would recommend this spot to everyone!”
