  “Don’t go ! Awful from the start gone down hill man got up half way through to go eat his lunch! The passed me over to someone else who filled for about half hour to put colour on that wasn’t even neat and had bits in for me to then go to the owner for more fileing in the end I told the to take it off and leave it tried to charge me £33 I wasn’t paying for the service I had received it was shocking then slagging me off in the own language is crazy”

  “I had LVL and brow tint with Jade and am thrilled with the result. Best LVL ive had. I don't have them often but envy will be be my go to. I'm so pleased, im tempted to get my nails done there now too. Thanks Jade, super pleased 😘”

  “Have been using these for the last 10+years but the last 12 months I book appointments for no reason. They are constantly taking walk ins before your appointment meaning you need to wait again. What’s the point in an appointment?! The standard of nails has also dropped. My nails were always great, never chipped, always looked great yet lately they have stated lifting and can be bumpy. They don’t like when you criticise this though and you always feel they are insulting you in their own language. Not a nice atmosphere. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on”

  “Bumpy and not in shape. Lady got quite rude when I pointed out the bumps and imperfections. Also charged me for a new full set when I asked for infill. They said they were to long for an infill but did not tell me this before I went to pay. Chaos when 5 people all turned up for a 2pm appointment and not enough staff to deal with them. Won't be returning”

  “What an amazing atmosphere – everyone was so friendly! Absolutely love the shape and colour of my nails. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but the ladies were so helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also got my brows done – the lovely lady who did them knew exactly how I wanted them to look and gave great advice. Such an amazing place!”

  “Been going here for 5 years and I've never had a problem, I got a set done last week Tuesday and I've lost 4 nails already and my nails are so sore and wrecked, I'm actually so angry. Called to complain and see what they could do and they put the phone down on me. Disappointed! Won't be a regular here anymore.”

  “I didn’t have an appointment but this place had been recommended by a friend for a pedicure. I walked in and explained what I wanted and I was told to sit and wait and someone will be with me shortly. I expected to wait at least 30 minutes but within 10 minutes I was called through. I sat on the chair and I was asked if I wanted the massage chair to be on which I was surprised about, so throughout my treatment I was had the massage chair on. Whilst I soaked my feet in the foot spa I was offered a coffee which was lovely. Throughout the treatment I was made comfortable and I was very pleased with the service received. In my opinion this is a hidden gem and I would recommend this place to you.”

  “I would not bother coming here for a pedicure, nail tech checked her watch constantly rushed through my treatment didn't shape my nails and the gel polish is honestly shocking I've come away with messy nails that I honestly could have done my self at home the application is bumpy and has dents from where the UV lamp was knocked over my toes. So disappointing.”
