“Visited today for the second time and was not a great experience, we waited 40 minutes for the food to come out, everyone that walked through the door got told straight away but me and my partner got told once we ordered our drinks. We have no problem of waiting that long if the food was up to scratch but we was highly disappointed. The baguette came out and it was not even cooked like a part baked baguette is, the hashbrowns were soggy and uncooked and the eggs was runny on the outside and hard on the inside. When the manager came over it was just poor excuses and telling us what a hash brown is and baguette. We are not silly we know what they are and the food that got delivered was not great after waiting so long! Regular customers walked through the door and got their food straight away of course. We got refunded our food but the the service after complaining was far from ideal. Will not be returning. Also, you get no salad or crisps with your baguette it’s just slapped on a plate and have to pay over the odds for additional extras”

“This is an amazing little cafe in the High Street. Not your typical greasy spoon (there are plenty of those in Billericay), this is a little nicer and the food is absolutely fantastic. Very good menu, you'll be spoilt for choice. Staff are lovely, cannot be more helpful.”
