“Recommended by a friend as their local favourite chinese. Ordered a set meal, added a few extras, total came to close to £80. Was told it would be an hour wait (standard for a Saturday), but when the food showed up it was lukewarm at best, and really lacking in portion sizes all round. (£80 getting us around 8 dishes, with all portions being labelled as "large" but all fitting in 500ml tupperware?!) Extra dish ordered wasn't with the order, so called to complain. Woman on the phone said they'd make a fresh one and send it out, but by the time it arrived everyone else had already eaten. Duck was incredibly salty, bordering on inedible. Prawn dish had 0 flavour, almost like it'd just been thrown together last minute without any seasoning. Family was thoroughly disappointed, with one even remarking on how "they'd probably have given us the same portion sizes if we'd spent £20"... thoroughly disappointed by the entire experience, and don't think we'll be back.”

“Ordered a takeaway for collection. When we went to collect it we were greeted with "CASH ONLY" When I said that they should advise this to their customers on the phone. I was told "WE'VE ALWAYS BEEN CASH ONLY" The food was atrocious as was the service. Shan't be going back!”
