  “Saturday afternoon, tables left uncleared and a long time between starter and main course delivery Staff apologised for the delay but other tables received their food after entering after we ordered. We were only a table of 2”

  “Ordered for collection today for the first time at this Nando’s, from the minute I walked in with my 3 year old, I was welcomed by the staff in the nicest way, me and my daughter sat down in the waiting area. Jack who works there came along and spoke to me and my daughter, great friendly conversation and gave my daughter his phone to watch YouTube kids videos as he could see she was restless. He then continued to work hard. We got our food and left and he came out and said his good byes. Great lad and great staff. Never experienced this service with other Nando’s. Fair play Jack, keep up the great service for your customers 👍🏼”

  “Had a really good visit to Nando's Bicester. Food was spot on, fresh, hot and full of flavour. Chicken cooked properly, sides came quickly and everything tasted exactly how it should. The place was clean, well organised and had a nice atmosphere without being too loud. Staff were friendly and efficient, checked in at the right time and made the whole experience easy and relaxed. Definitely one of the better Nando’s visits I’ve had. Would happily go back again.”

  “We got our meal as a takeaway. We shared the full chicken with 4 sides (Chips, mash, corn and garlic bread) and some cajun gravy. Our only complaint was that we couldnt stop eating and felt so full afterwards. As we were on holiday, and not close to home, we were deprived of the next day reheats, but, we will try a nandos close to home and see how it compares. Definitely recommend this to anyone.”

  “Food came quick, but food arrived incorrect (no peri-tamer sauce and creamy dressing due to preference). Sent it back, and the kitchen forgot to remake it! We waited for 20 minutes, partners food now cold. Asked staff again for an update, they said "sorry we forgot to tell the kitchen, give us 5 minutes"!! Not very happy, only got a "sorry about that" and server quickly scurried off. Meal was corrected sharply but not great customer service. Sadly a bad experience this time.”

  “Had a great experience at Nando’s Bicester! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. A special shoutout to Holly — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude really stood out and added to the experience. Definitely coming back!”

  “A brilliant experience and great food. We took our newborn to Nandos, we’ve been many times before. The staff were brilliant at accommodating, simple things like moving a chair for the buggy. Great atmosphere as always and tasty food.”

  “Terrible experience. As a Nando’s fan I was shocked to find that there was 80% of the menu not available. No 1/2 chicken, no whole chicken, no thighs - only option was wings which also deemed the majority of the burgers unavailable also - no fino pitta, no sunset burger. Bought bottomless refill drinks no coke available. Chicken breast pitta which I had no choice but to order was dry and seriously lacking chicken, ordered no lettuce, the majority of the pitta was the unwanted lettuce. Atmosphere terrible as all diners walking in were shocked when trying to order via the app that nothing was available.”
