  “Really difficult to rate this place because we booked for 6 people for Father’s Day lunchtime on 21 June and travelled a 30 mile round trip. We arrived to find a sign in the door saying that due to Gas issues they were closed tonight !! As passer by said that the sign had been there since the Friday night. When we booked, they asked for my daughters phone number, so they new we had booked and knew a phone number but sadly had so little respect for customers that they slain not bother to contact us and left us to find out for ourselves leaving no other options. I will be interested to see if they make DK tact although it would appear customers are not important and they really didn’t care. Shocking as a quick phone call to all bookings would be the right thing to do”

  “The quality of food is alright. I go there almost everyday in fact. Until one day when I asked an elderly man about 5 foot 6 tall there who's a staff there, if there was any wifi connection I could use while enjoying the buffet. At first he was calm and gave me the Internet there, then after he said there were issues with the Internet, he even started complaining about UK wifi being horrible, in my mind I was like this has nothing to do with me. So when it had issues I then asked to change sit and then grabbed my food at a table. Then he came to me and ask if thats where I want to sit. And then I said if he could give me a place to sit where the quality of network is really good. Then all of a sudden he got angry and said I should "go home, "go to your country" if you need wifi. I found that incredible racist and very insulting, his lucky I didnt have that recorded however you can always check CCTV. After he said that, for someone who comes to the place literally 3/5 times a week to the place it was really a shame and an absolute disgrace. The worst part is ive recommended the place to a number of my friends, with this that happen im telling every single one never to go the place if this is how customers are treated. And its been two to 3 weeks now, since that day I made up my mind never to go there ever again. I loved most of the service there, some of these staffs are really nice, too bad one of them had to ruin it.”

  “Marvelous. Great food with wide choice. Some dishes I had never heard of before but was very tasty. Great decor and fabulous service. The gentleman host was on point with his refilling of drinks and taking plates away. Looking forward to returning. Well done. 🏆5⭐️”
