Quick info
About 365 Smash Burger & Bar
365 Smash Burger & Bar sits on Crown Walk in Bicester, a walk-in restaurant built around its smash burgers, and customers travel around 25 minutes specifically for them. The kitchen turns the patties out quickly alongside a featured order of spicy fries, with the owner often on site alongside the counter staff. The format keeps things straightforward: order at the bar, find a table, eat. Burgers are the centre of the menu, with the fries standing as the main side. The room runs as a bar and restaurant in one, so it suits both a casual drop-in for food and a longer stop for a drink with the meal. It is one of the straightforward spots on the row, focused on a single style of burger done with a short, tight menu.

“The food and the place were fine, but the service ruined the visit. The staff member at the front wearing glasses was dismissive and rude with me from the moment I walked in — short answers, no eye contact, and a tone she clearly wasn’t using with the customers being served right next to me. I don’t expect anything special. I expect to be treated the same as everyone else standing in the same line. That didn’t happen here, and it was uncomfortable enough that I won’t be coming back to this branch. I’d ask management to review the footage and make sure their staff treat every customer with the same basic respect.”
