“I ordered two meals at 7:06 PM and requested one portion of chips instead of two, but they still sent two portions. The order was supposed to include garlic sauce, which was missing. The delivery arrived at 8:00 PM, which is quite late, and because of the issues, we didn’t eat the chips at all. Overall, the order was incorrect, incomplete, and delayed. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“Sorry Staff, I use you quite a lot but last 3 deliveries have not been up to usual high standard/ service. I know c Potato crops have suffered but my last orders have been bitty and like the scraps, the food has been cold and dried up, last 2 deliveries took over an hour to reach me ( max 10 min drive from shop), I ask for a rough time to delivery and told within 30mins, that’s fine and driver is a Good Lad. But over an hour and inedible food is not acceptable more than once. I’m Sorry but I am giving you a miss for a while and hope things improve to the standards you had before. **This is not a reflection on staff who are Always friendly and courteous**”

“Got a few things out of here when passing. Lovely fish, tasty chips and pasties. Friendly staff and looked to be nice a clean inside. Only tiny gripe would be that the chips weren't a touch crisper but thats just personal preference.”

“I asked for a large chip, got charged for a Jumbo chip. Mentioned that they need to change their prices on the board and got looked at as if I robbing them. I dont care less about 80p difference. When i opened it it was neither jumbo or large. Shocking service and ignorant. Won't be back. Pity as good location.”

“I really like this chippy and am a regular customer....food always hot and batter crispy...nothing is ever greasy. However lately I would say there are too many of what I would call 'ends' in the portion of chips. It's as though you're …”
