  “Ordered cookies and milkshakes milkshakes never showed up and cookies were pre packaged rubbish for £5 then it toke an hour for the milkshakes to arrive, not even so much as an apology on the phone from the girl just said it’s on its way shocking customer service left a comment on Facebook that is now deleted so they just don’t care about customers or fixing their issues will not be back”

  “Me and my partner used to order from here a couple of years ago and loved it we thought we’d order it again as it’s been ages since we had one we ordered it around 22:20 took over 1 hour to deliver rang the store at the original time it said it should be here at on just eat, it was showing it was delivered on just eat at the 23:15 I waited 20 mins after that time and rang the restaurant and was told it will be there in 5 mins only for it to take a further hour to be delivered from the original time I was given, when I tried ringing them 25 mins after getting of the phone with them they answered and immediately hung up. Food came cold spent close to £50 on pizza, deserts and other sides. We were really disappointed as it was our go to takeaway”

  “absolutely shocking. We ordered brownie, oreo milkshake, biscoff milkshake, nutella waffle, biscoff dip and nachos. The nachos, biscoff milkshake and dip never arrived. Absolutely shocking, and the other bit of the order that they eventually brought took 2 hours to come as we ordered from 22:16 and it arrived at 23:40. Terrible and will not be back.”

  “Small size store bought waffle, very bad taste probably frozen 🙃. Also ordered chicken pizza and had chocolate sos on it .. disgusting. Food was cold , waited 1.30h and everything was messy .”

  “If cud give a minus I wud service needs to b addressed as the server was more interested in talking to the guy tht was working with her, as for the slushies they need to make sure they r actually a slushie instead of coloured water with a bit of ice in it b4 they sell them, the ice-cream in a tub without the lid on properly nearly fell out of my hand, no spoon to eat it with, first time I was there only cause my little granddaughter wanted to go but can tell u it will b the last time definitely wud not recommend she was very disappointed she so wanted a slushie as she had got 1 delivered on Friday it was great, must have came from the antrim road shop definitely not the falls road shop overall a bad experience”

  “Nutella doughs... this is what you gonna get. 100kg of flour with a slightly Nutella taste. (Maybe because it was dripping outside the box everywhere, like on my chicken side box) but no. Most of them were just white. Order came with a little bag of sweets, nice gesture, but I would say keep them next time, and put enough ingredients on the plates. Chicken goujons were delicious! Thank you.?”

  “Pizza so salty and mushy couldn’t even eat it. “ Nutella” pizza not exactly appetising, basically bread with some Tesco value chocolate on top. Sent the wrong flavour of milkshake and came 1 1/2 hours late Won’t be ordering again”
