What reviewers say
Reviewers most often mention hard chips, beef in black bean sauce, singapore noodles and dry ribs.
Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise quick delivery that arrives hot, and several add that portions are generous and value is good. Dry ribs and beef chow mien are named as a regular favourite, and one reviewer finds staff pleasant about adjusting spice level. The complaints carry real weight. Chips are the recurring weak point, called rock hard by one reviewer, while another says the boiled rice and most chips are hard and that several usual meals were unavailable. Beef in black bean sauce was likened to beef in water, and salted chilli chicken was described as soggy and tasting funny, with that reviewer reporting a bad stomach all night. Two order mix-ups, a half rice and half noodles order covered in onion and egg noodles sent instead of vermicelli Singapore noodles, led to calls where the customers felt blamed. One heard the chef shouting that he didn't care, and both mention a low hygiene rating. One long-time customer says the free prawn crackers on larger orders have disappeared.

“I used to get all the time but this has gone downhill big time over the last few years, boiled rice is always hard aswell as most of the chips. Went the other day and they didn’t have 3 different meals I would normally order at my usual Chinese.”

“Hadn't been in years. Used to love food from therenit used to be great. Got salted chilli chicken - was soggy and tasted funny. Most of it went in the bin and I had a bad stomach all night. Won't be back.”

“Counter staff take the order repeat it back right however the half rice and half noodles with no veg or beansprouts comes covered in onion. Phone to be told your a liar basically and the order is right. Waited 30 minutes for a replacement (rest of the food was lovely and cold by then) then the manager Micheal phones to tell you that you are wrong because they got it back and it had no beansprouts - not sure if counter staff made the error and are afraid to say or if the chef dosnt understand onions are a veg.. Everything happens for a reason only noticed the hygiene rating 🤮🤮 Never again 🙂”

“Favourite for dry ribs for me and beef chow mien for my daughter. Always hot on delivery even on busy nights. Staff are always pleasant and can accommodate to your flavour/spice level on request.”
