  “⭐ 1-star review Really disappointing experience with Fat Pizza, particularly when it comes to customer service. We placed an order of around £90 and specifically requested that the two burger meals had no mayonnaise and other items removed. We made sure these instructions were clearly included in the order notes, and we still have a photo of the receipt showing the requests. We arranged for the food to be ready around 7:30pm, but when we arrived it wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes in the restaurant. Although frustrating, we accepted that. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the food, both burgers had been made with everything we’d specifically asked them not to include. This meant that two of us couldn’t actually eat our meals, as the burger was the main part of the meal. We contacted the restaurant and were told a replacement would be sent out. We waited around two hours, but it still hadn’t arrived. We eventually called again and said to forget the replacement and that we wanted a refund. We were told to email regarding this. Since then, we’ve emailed around 5–6 times and have received absolutely no response — not even an acknowledgement, apology or update regarding our refund. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation has been handled afterwards is what is most disappointing. The order notes were clearly there, the replacement never arrived, and despite repeatedly contacting them, we’ve been completely ignored. I’d strongly recommend checking your order carefully before leaving, and don’t expect much in the way of customer service if something goes wrong. For us, this was a £90 order that resulted in two people not being able to eat their meals, followed by weeks of being ignored when trying to resolve it. Very poor experience and extremely poor customer service. Would not order again.”

  “Best Pizza place in the area. Indian hot pizza and Hot Chicken Shawarma Pizza were really tasty. Great service on front desk. Cant wait to try the other flavours. Really worth a visit”

  “Absolutely awfully, you call yourself fat pizza yet your “fat wraps” are tiny and have one little bit of donner meat in there for £6? If I know it was going to be that small I wouldn’t have payed, fully of onions and too much mayo, £9 for chicken strips and curly fries looked like someone been eating mine! Would’ve rather of gone to my local chippy and get a proper mixed kabab wrap for same price! £60 I spent !”

  “I have used the new branch in Hinckley twice now and have found it to be very poor both times. The first time the service was below standard with ordering being overly complicated and time consuming. The second time I waited over half an hour, they clearly forgot to hand the pizzas over when cooked leading to cold, horrible food that barely looked edible.”

  “Absolutely amazing!! I am THE fussiest when it comes to pizzas and won’t eat anything apart from dominos. This is genuinely the most amazing pizza I’ve ever eaten and the fact that it’s a takeaway makes me wish I could rate it even higher!! There was barely any grease, the dough was so thick and so fresh and oh my god, the flavours were just immense. We had (in photo order) a chicken supreme 9.5inch, a fat desi Indian 12inch, a 9.5inch cheese garlic bread and a kinder cookie dough. The whole thing was 10/10. No other words apart from honestly fantastic. (I put the price as £10-£20 per person as me and my partner can’t resist sides and desserts🤣)”
