  “If I could give this shop 10 stars for customer service I would! First time I’ve been and I will definitely return. I was served by Lucy & Lauren and I was sold on the place before I even tried the fish and chips! Just goes to show what great customer service can do for a business! Ordered a child’s meal for my daughter and it was such great value and she said it was delicious. Well done lovelies. Will definitely be back xx”

  “Wonderful! We sat in for a change and had a lovely meal, sausage, chips, fish, fresh Devon crab salad and deserts we had are apple and blackberry crumble with custard, Chocolate fudge brownie and Nutella cookie stack. Beautiful food. Wish I had thought to take photos of the mains because the food is brilliant. We usually come for take away and it's our go to for fish and chips. Take a good look at the menu, you will find a huge variety and good quality local ingredients. Fantastic atmosphere, very enjoyable experience and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Highchairs available for little ones.”

  “Wow! What a gem of a find! We found this lovely cafe/chippy for lunch and thought we would try it out. We weren't disappointed. The service was good, food and drinks ordered from our table. The decor was a great talking point. The photos and pictures of all things related to the sea was lovely. The food was incredible. Daughter has the fish pie and veg, she ate the lot! Husband and I enjoyed our dishes. Good selection of cold and hot drinks. Seating inside but they also run takeaway service. No parking that we saw. Has a couple of toilets at the back of the cafe area.”

  “A new chippy in town. A friend and I walked in after the Christmas light switch on in town. Lots of takeaways going on and busy in the restaurant. They have decorated it nicely and there's lots of space for pushchairs in the front of the restaurant. A nice young lady served us who was kind and smart, just needs to build some confidence. Food was delicious and came in good time. Enough food to feel a happy kinda full. Chips cooked nicely, not too greasy. Sausage was just right. Curry sauce was ok, but could do with improvement. Drinks were from cans or bottles from the fridge which was ok. The lady behind the till was very happy and kind which was nice and left feeling good.”
