“Went to the Banstead branch today with my mum, the branch has a lovely atmosphere with great decor, great service, food is lovely as always, recommend the spaghetti carbonara. I had starter (new: garlic and Parmesan chicken strips), for main I had: spaghetti carbonara and for Dessert, hot sticky toffee pudding with vanilla Ice cream. Even though, there pizza oven was broken, that didn’t bother us, Dimitris the new branch manager had great customer service and handled the issue of the pizza oven being broken in a positive manner.”

“Went out for a celebratory dinner, we were accommodated great with our request for a booth, the food was great and our waitress Jenna was fantastic, so sweet and helpful. After our meal we thought we had a problem with the bill (we were wrong we just can’t do maths 🤣) and the manager D’arcy was really helpful and double checked it all for us, she was really kind and didn't make us feel silly ( we were being silly) and over all it was just great!! Best service I’ve had at a restaurant, thank you so much to Jenna and d’arcy !!!”
