Quick info
About Hollywood Bowl Ashford
Hollywood Bowl Ashford is a bowling alley on Station Rd in Ashford, with multiple lanes for games and an on-site diner that serves American comfort food alongside them. The diner means a group can eat without leaving the building, and a pool hall gives guests another game to play between frames. The venue also runs party services for celebrations, and a bar sits among its listed facilities. It is part of a multilane bowling chain, and its categories also include a children's club, a leisure center and a performing arts group.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers mostly praise helpful, polite staff, especially at a grandchild's birthday party of seven adults and seven children, and one calls the food delicious. Complaints centre on service: cleaners rushing diners from tables, tables left uncleared, and a manager who brushed off a basic question. One finds the VIP lane cramped, offering only cheap bench cushioning.

“Had a good time with my boy but no tables were being cleared and by the look of it just way under staffed also the gents toilets absolutely stink and it's more like a drain issue which I experienced on my last visit also”

“Friendly Atmosphere and Polite Staff the alley was clean and staff were very proactive. However do not book a VIP Lane Here - They are not worth the extra few quid per person. It was cramped and provides nothing of value for the extra dosh apart from some cheap bench cushioning”

“You need loads of money if you go there with kids, but it's so much fun 😄 4 stars, because the cleaner where always rushing to clear our drinks, and also asked us to leave the table as soon as we finished the food (there was almost all the tables free anyway). Not very nice and quite disrespectful.. Food was delicious BTW. Maybe will come again.”
