About Blue Bell Inn
Blue Bell Inn is a pub in Alnwick, on Clayport St at number 11. Dogs are welcome inside the pub, so anyone out walking with a pet can step in together instead of leaving the dog behind. For dog owners deciding where to stop in town, that policy is the practical detail to know before arriving, and it covers the indoor space of the pub itself, so a visit does not have to be planned around leaving a pet elsewhere.

“Stopped here en route to a Scottish holiday. No booking but they found us a place for a very generous and scrummy Sunday lunch. Fabulous cauliflower cheese side. Really lovely ladies nothing was too much trouble, just a shame we were in a rush so had no time to test out the puddings.”

“Our only regret, is we didn’t discover this pub until our last day. Amazing pub, friendly warm welcoming atmosphere. So sad we won’t get a chance to visit again before we have to leave.”

“Super friendly pub, we loved having a drink here during our holiday. Land lady was so friendly, welcoming and showed a genuine interest in how our day had been. The pub has a lovely outdoor seating area and inside is very comfortable too, both areas are dog friendly and the land lady even offered good quality dog treats. I would highly recommend this pub 👍 10 stars from us.”
