  “DO NOT GO HERE!!! if you care about your hair please please please do NOT make the same mistake I made choosing Erlinas. for starters I made the decision to go get a silk press with a friend ( lighter skin color then me ) as we both walk in a hairstylist comes running and grabs her running to the back to wash her hair as another stylist tells me to take a seat they both begin to laugh and say “oh you picked the lighter one because her hair must not be “pelo malo y duro” ( bad hair) I decided to ignore there comments. The stylist begins to wash my hair but puts in relaxer in my hair without my knowledge or consent! Once she’s done washing I go to one of the chairs and she begins to blow dry and straighten my hair as she’s doing my hair i hear other stylist in Spanish talking bad about other customers that are leaving and ones CURRENTLY in there chair. To avoid having problems I keep my mouth shut when they finish and I went home and found a chunk of my hair shorter then the rest they ripped/burned a piece of my hair off apparently this isn’t the first time that this has happened. The owner is nice and respectful but those hairstylist WILL be the downfall of her business. As for my friend she had to get a big chop to her hair after the “silk press”. Please think twice before coming here and I WILL be letting all my fellow black women and Afro latinas know DO NOT come to Erlinas.”

  “Walked into the salon and was immediately greeted, asked what service I wanted and taken to the shampoo bowl to begin. Shampoo was spot on and appreciated the conditioner was the best and smelled outstanding. After the awesome shampoo the process to blowout my hair started and oh boy, it didn't disappoint. I will gladly return, the atmosphere was great and the service was top tier. Thank you! 😊”

  “I was in and out in less than an hour. I went for a wash condition and blow dry. She even added some spiral curls to my hair. My hair is natural and they charged me $45. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc the special said $20 until they realized my hair is natural and not chemically straightened 😒”

  “Will never return. Had a blowout done by them and they took a decent amount of my hair while de tangling apparently. If it wont for my boyfriend noticing it i would of never known cause it is in the back of my head . Wish they would of at least took accountability for it!”

  “My natural hair is gone after growing it out for years. They snuck soft relaxer in my hair without my acknowledgement. My curl pattern is far gone, my hair is damaged and it’ll take awhile for my hair to grow out this relaxer and stop breaking off. I’m definitely hurt. First two pics are before, third pic is after.”
