  “I visited the store today to grab a few items for the finishing touches for my Halloween costume; temporary hair dye and contact lens tweezers. As soon as I walked in, I went to the register to ask about the contact lens tweezers. When I asked if they had any, the girl at the register seemed confused and pointed me to the metal tweezers for plucking eyebrows. I told her that it should be for contact lens and she proceeds to ask another employee in their language about the tweezers and she once again points me to the metal tweezers. Then the older gentleman who works there “explained” that I had no clue what I was talking about and that metal tweezers would ruin the contacts. Then he went on a 5 minute TED talk about how to put in a contact lens. I attempted to tell him that there is a such thing as contact lens tweezers; they’re plastic and have little rubber bits so I can pick the contact up from its case. I’ve worn contacts before, and I’ve always used those little tweezers, yet this man talked to me like I was brainless. Please excuse my anger, but it felt like this man was insulting my intelligence. I decided to drop it and asked about the temporary hair dye and the girl at the register pointed in the direction of the lip gloss. I thought to myself, “does this girl know where anything is?” Afterwards the elderly man asked where I was to continue to “explain” further about putting in contact lens after he looked it up on his phone. Maybe they didn’t understand what I meant, but I booked it out of that store before I said something rude and just ordered the tweezers on Amazon. I will never go back due to it’s rude and uneducated staff. If they didn’t know what I meant or if they didn’t have the product, they should have said so.”

  “RUDE…I went in there yesterday, because the other beauty supply I go to was closed. When I say the girl at the register kept looking at me. Then I went to look at some of the shampoo and conditioners which cost around 14.99. I see the other girl acting like she’s putting up stuff just staring. I decided to get the few items in my hand and not get the other items. So today the shampoo, conditioners and other items I didn’t get a Royal I purchased at the beauty supply I normally go to and spent $107. I will never go back to Royal. I forgot to mention how rude the owner was talking to a customer yesterday. Like y’all barely have anything here yall should lucky people come to this place”

  “Says opens at 9 but didnt open until 10. Got braiding gel and when I opened it at home it had clearly had some taken from the container and then as if someone blow dried it to make it smooth to cover it up. It was already priced higher than competing stores then to take some is very unethical.”

  “Bought hair opened it and it was literally in pieces like chopped in pieces. They only wanted to offer a in-store credit. I don't want any more of your bad quality products ever. Management was supposed to call never did. Trash”

  “I love these people! They make me really enjoy shopping here. Store is always neat and organized. They could use a little more variety but they do have enough to buy. I vacation a lot and I never leave town without stopping by here first.”
