I bought 80.00 worth of weave from them and when I returned the unopened bags with the receipt, they told me thir policy was no refunds or returns. I said this wasn't explained to me before purchasing the products and his response to me was very defensive. He said you can sale the products. I was offended because he viewed me from the color of my skin as no value, and assumed I was about that life. I will never buy products from hollywood beauty supply ever again, and sharing my experience with whoever will listen.”
