  “What a nightmare. I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years and this was truly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy, so I should have walked right back out the door in the first place. My mistake. Not a single sanitation law is being followed in that building (I am an industry professional, so I’m familiar with state board regulations). I asked for a full gel x set and was assigned to Anna (or Annie?), who was extremely (EXTREMELY) rude. When she outright ignored me multiple times, I asked the worker next to her for help, which obviously pissed off Anna bc she proceeded to whip my hands around and work very quickly and roughly after that. In addition to making me bleed and ignoring my questions, she also ignored my requests and my nails look like trash. Every finger is a different length and different shape, she didn’t even clean them up afterwards, and she filed them so thin they were literally bending under the buffer. She also didn’t even adhere the extension to my nail bed fully, so I’m sure they’ll be gone in a matter of days. I tried to advocate for myself multiple times and was blatantly scoffed at and ignored. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I’m extremely disappointed and will be disputing the charge for a refund if these don’t even last a week. I have no interest in ever going back there.”

  “I asked for short square nails. I’ve been there twice, both times the nail tech didn’t add acrylic over all of my nail; they do that on purpose to save product and money. They leave space between the cuticles and nail. They will tell you one sit one place and move you several times. They think blk people will accept anything, as long as they collect their money. I went to another salon in the suburbs, received better service and quality nails for a cheaper price. The red nail were from Nail Tech salon the pink nails are from a salon the suburbs, I asked for the exact same thing short square nails; both pictures taken the same day my nails were done. I’m sure you’ll see the difference. Go to the suburbs or book with a black person online. They except black ppl especially those close to Detroit accept anything while”

  “I like coming here. They are quick and efficient. Say what you want and don't sit there not saying anything. If something is not to your liking, they will fix it. They do Eyebrows and Lashes. Make sure you stick to the nail tech you like.”
