  “I have shopped at this beauty supply many times because they are close to home. This last time I shopped was the worst experience. I purchased 3 packs of braiding hair the day before, I went back the next day and asked to exchange them for a different length. The same lady who helped me the day before was at the counter, she asked if I had my receipt. I apologized and said no sorry I must’ve thrown it away but you helped me yesterday and I haven’t opened them. She said no receipt no exchange and pointed to the sign. I was instantly irritated because she helped me the day before and the hair was still in the bag. It’s their policy so I just accepted it and said well I still need the hair and proceeded to walk away to the aisle to get it. She said Miss leave your bag here. I was so caught off guard but in a rush so I put the bag on the counter and went to get the hair. When I got back to the counter I let her know that her asking me to leave my bag was very unnecessary and disrespectful. I’ve been in many times and spend no less the $50 at a time. I informed her that if she wanted that to be a policy she needs to put up a sign the same was she has the return policy posted. I won’t be going back. To be racially profiled while shopping is ridiculous. I had no idea others had been treated this way until I started reading these reviews.”

  “The lady in charge wouldn’t let me EXCHANGE my brand new product (brought the wrong one) and I HAD A RECEIPT which is stated ON THE RECEIPT. She makes her own rules and own prices regardless of what the fine print says. Unethical business. I wouldn’t shop here. Plus, her prices are 2x regular prices. Just greedy. May no luck come to her.”

  “Store hours are posted and store associates told me that they closed early and not opening registers for any sales. Extremely poor customer service and quality of products are also bad. I will not suggest coming to this location for your needs. Please go elsewhere for your beauty products. Don’t waste your money here!!!”

  “I bought a pair of lashes for six dollars preceded to remove the lashes and one split took them back the next day, and they refused to take them without a receipt. I asked her to look at them. She did not want to look at them she kept pointing at the sign and saying you need to receipt, I told her I just got them and then she looked over at the lashes as if they were stolen and I told her I said I could not take them out of there because you have them locked up.
