  “I only visited this salon because my regular place was closed and I happened to have the day off. Unfortunately, this was easily one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever received. From the beginning, the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. The technician was extremely rough while removing my old polish with the drill, to the point where I had to pull my feet away multiple times because it was uncomfortable. The cuticle work was also poorly executed—she only cleaned around the nail beds, neglected the sides of my nails, and cut my cuticles so aggressively that two of them nearly bled. The pedicure itself was equally disappointing. My feet were barely scrubbed, yet there was no hesitation in pulling out the hot stones for a quick pass over my feet and legs. By the end of the service, none of my nails were trimmed or shaped consistently, leaving them uneven in both length and appearance. I’m not sure if the polish used was old, but I’ve never experienced such lumpy, uneven application at any other salon. When paying $50 for a basic pedicure, I expect at least a decent level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, it was clear that my service was completed with very little care or precision. In addition, the overall cleanliness of the salon left something to be desired. As someone who also works in the beauty industry, proper sanitation is non-negotiable, and certain aspects of my visit raised concerns about whether cleanliness (& licensing) standards were being consistently upheld. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism, care, or quality I would expect from a licensed professional.”

  “The new owners/workers are worse than the old owners. Theyre trying to watch a tutorial while doing the pedicure, the couldn't do the design, tried multiple times then said "no design ok?"... you need to practice on fake hands and go to school before coming to work in a salon.”

  “Please do not spend your money here. Tonight was the second time that I was over charged. The first time was for a pedicure. The lady act like she didn't hear me when I said that I just wanted the standard pedicure - I let it go and paid. Tonight I went for a fill-in that has been the same price for almost a year- $45. The new guy doing my nails was getting the color wrong, so everyone started helping him out. Then, I was charged an extra $5 for my fillin. Why? The extra work he did was not my fault. I don't like confrontation, so I just went to my car and got the $5. Then, one of the ladies gave me a free hand lotion because she knew he was wrong. I will NEVER go back there. I do not like supporting businesses that take advantage of the people in the community their business is in. Don't let these businesses take advantage of you. They forget without customers there is no business.”

  “I was a little disappointed 😞 Family owned and they all work together. I love that, had a pedicure and manicure my nail technician was very nice pleasant young lady. Was very surprised when I was leaving and time to pay there pricing was not even close to what they had on there wall.pedicure was extremely over priced for not even getting all that comes with package no hot towels on legs,no massage on legs no lotion no nothing! As for customer service for the owners there is none! To bad I love to support the community but not this one.”

  “Tony did a great job on a full white tip set with shellac for my nails and an eye brow clean up today. They've implemented social distancing measures as well as plexiglass at their stations to make everyone safe. I will be back!”

  “Worst service, he didn't ask me what type of nails I wanted, and he started cutting them squared, he didn't say the options and I wanted them coffin style; I told him I wanted them white and he insisted to put the tip white without telling me it will have an extra cost, also he applied the top coat terrible like the picture above. He rushed to finish quickly as possible doing a bad service.”
