  “Came here for a fill in. The guy filed them way shorter than I indicated and when I expressed that to him, he became completely unprofessional, argued with me that that's what I asked for (it absolutely wasn't) and then he grabbed my personal cell phone from off of a phone stand that it was sitting on and tossed it on the table, refusing to finish the job. The woman who was working, did her best to rectify the situation and was very pleasant and helpful, but the male nail tech, was totally out of line.”

  “This will be my go-to salon from now on. I came in on a Saturday afternoon as a walk-in about 90 mins before closing for a full set, all techs were busy so they said i could wait a bit and they would take me. They did a great job and its been 2 weeks and none of my nail have lifted. Definitely making an appointment for my fill in's”

  “10/10 customer service they made me feel so understood on how I wanted my nails they didn’t have the product needed to do what I wanted but these wonderful ladies made it a point to hear me and make sure that they set me up with a new appointment and not only that but said that they will get the stuff to do my nails exactly how I wanted them to be. Dream nails is definitely making nail dreams come true I also got my eyebrows done this is the only place I will ever be going”

  “I got my nails done here multiple times and I have an issue everytime. One time my polish kept chipping like 3 days later with gel and they said my nail beds are too oily which I never heard of or had a problem with. Then I wanted 2 different basic styles that they said they can’t do. This last time I asked for like a tuxedo style French they guy kept doing it over and over and couldn’t get it right. Nobody stepped in to help him. The lady name Vicky that sits at seat 5 got smart with me and told me I just need to get my whole nail painted white. She gave me so much attitude and disrespect. Then he said he wasn’t charging me for the French on my nails they only took off 5 dollars. Soon as I left the shop the polish started peeling off. I will never go there ever again. They are disrespectful and incapable of doing nails properly. The picture with the orange is the style I asked for vs the white is what I got.”
