  “I went in today for a full set. The guy started doing my nails. I asked him why was he doing the acrylic so bulky and uneven. Instead of fixing it he said “you can leave and go somewhere else. Very dismissive and rude. He then ripped the acrylic off my nails leaving my natural nails broken on every finger.”

  “UPDATE: So, looking back, they were not as bad as I made it out to be but I expressed my grievances to Will and he willingly offered to rectify the situation and personally did my nails himself. He did an amazing job and even took the time to educate me on the techniques best practices for using gel vs regular polish. I was l walked out with amazing nails. Truly grateful for the experience being corrected and overall made better. Thanks Will. I'll definitely be back and recommend. Original experience: Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. Just trash and the girl kept coughing, just sickly. I got the deluxe. She should be removed altogether. Maybe take up another skill cause this one is not it. I will be trying to get my money back. Do not recommend, will never be back again.”
