  “I have been growing my natural nails for over a year using an acrylic overlay and have visited this salon three times since moving to the area. My first two experiences were phenomenal; the technicians (one near the pedicure area on the left, and another in the far-right back) did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a disaster. I was seated with a technician at the very front desk on the right who completely ruined my nails. Instead of soaking them off, she began aggressively hacking at the acrylic. When the pain became unbearable, I asked her to file the acrylic down to be thinner instead, but she ignored me. She eventually pulled the acrylic off so forcefully that my nail bed started bleeding. When I insisted she soak them off, she told me no and that she "didn't have time" and I’d have to return tomorrow. The man who usually manages the front desk eventually stepped in to help. He was able to file the remaining acrylic thin, but the damage was already done. My natural nails were so shredded they couldn't be saved and had to be cut completely off. I left with ruined nails and a rushed, painful experience. As you can see in the photos, I went from long, healthy natural nails to total damage. I am incredibly disappointed.”
