  “I booked here because my mother was visiting from out of town and my normal salon is closed on Sundays. We wanted to do something nice together and I did my research and decided that this was the place. Our appointment was for 12 PM and we were unfortunately seven minutes late as my kids had misplaced my car keys. I called to let them know and they said it was OK that we still came. The woman that did my mother’s nails was very nice and talkative. She had a wonderful personality and was attentive. The nail tech that did my nails on the other hand was the complete opposite. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, she was not personable or friendly. She didn’t speak to me at all only to ask me if my shape was OK and at that point, I didn’t feel comfortable enough to tell her that I was not happy with my nails. My nails were almond shaped and outgrown. As shown in the pictures what I left with was not almond shape. In fact, I don’t really know what this shape is. They are lumpy and the lengths are all different. My pinky nail on my right hand is also curving to the right and the paint job is messy and rushed looking. When my nails were finished, the technician got up and walked away. She didn’t say anything to me. I wasn’t even sure how much I owed so I asked the other technician. On their website it states that a fill with gel polish is $48. For my fill and gel polish, with no broken nails, I was charged $60. I mentioned that that was not the price that was posted online, but I didn’t make a big deal about it. You’re not just paying for a service, you are also paying for an experience. This Is a big part of this job and unfortunately, my technician was lacking in that area. I did not leave feeling good about myself or the job that was done. I have never left a bad review over nails, but I would hate for someone else to have the same experience that I had and I am sorry, but this is not worth $60. Very disappointing.”

  “I was in Salem for the Salem So Sweet festival & needed my nails done. Kayla took care of me and did an excellent job with the pedicure & gel manicure. The moon, stars, & witch's hat were freehand painted.”

  “Donna did an awesome job, was hilarious and very fun to talk to! I was having a lot of trouble picking a color and she was very patient in helping me out and showing me all the options. It's been almost three weeks and my gel manicure still looks as good as it did on day 1. Very affordable prices too. Cannot recommend this salon enough!”

  “I have never received more compliments on my nails from random people since getting them done here. It's the only place I've ever been where it doesn't matter which technician does my nails I still love them. 100% recommend this place!”

  “I came to get my eyebrows done as I’ve done a few times before. They usually do a good job but this time was horrible. The wax was not hot -I believe she said they forgot to turn on the machine- idk if the warm wax had something to do with it or the place she laid the wax but when she removed the strip and wiped it with alcohol my eyelid burned. I pointed it out to her and she tried to dismiss it as “oil”. A day later it is scabbed. Like she pulled my skin off. Definitely won’t be returning”

  “Went with my daughters for Mother’s Day/Birthday Pedicures were great but our nails were a different experience! The nail polish was chipping since day one ..maybe they thin out their polish. The birthday girl got acrylics they turned out horrible! So much so that she took the nails off later that day. We have been here before and it seems that they don’t always put in the best effort.”
