  “I went to this business 4 times got a regular polish pedicure and a gel manicure the first time, and a gel manicure the remaining ones. The last time I was there, I wanted to remove the gel and just get a regular polish manicure, lady said that they dint do regular polish which was confusing because I got a regular polish pedicure the first time I ever went. I don’t know if out of nowhere they stop providing that service but she was really rude it seems like she was upset because I wasn’t getting a gel manicure. Then asked while she was removing the gel, to please do a manicure so I can get my cuticles cut and to have my nails shaped. She got more upset and started speaking in her native languageI dint understand was she was saying but I definitely know shes was not happy.it makes no sense why you offer services and then get mad because a customer it’s asking for one, and on top of that to be rude to that customer, like come on thats your business be nice to people if you want them to come back. My mom, sister, and my friend use to go there but they stopped going, thats 3 customer you lost and now 4 with me. The Guy it’s really nice, no complaint about Him, but the lady needs to chill and Clean a bit that place,beside her being rude, the place was dusty and not clean last time I was there.”

  “I went there as a referral and they were terrible. I called right after they opened in the morning the guy told me to go at 12.. I got there early and waited patiently. He said that I never made an appointment regardless of me showing him the call to his business. He denied speaking to me. I left and will never go back.”

  “Henry did my sister's nails and my nails. I always come here. They are always very nice, and give the best pedicures and manicures ever. They are also very fast but they do a great job and the price is excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ♥️♥️”

  “If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went for pedicure on a Sunday and 2 days later my toes got painfully infected, swollen, discolored with blisters. They don’t clean the tub nor use sterilized utensils as a result of my toes. Don’t go there unless you want a bacterial fungal infection.”

  “My best friend and I always come here and we love it. Le and Henry and their other coworker work hard and are awesome at what they do. However I was disappointed in yesterday's visit. I had a new lady who didn't seem to know what she was doing and needed to be taught along the way it seems, I felt like her test subject. She cut my natural nails shorter than I asked, left parts of several nails not fully painted, cut me twice, making me bleed, rushed the gel painting, the drying and put the cuticle oil on my knuckles not the cuticles, also I do cats eye design on my nails and I had to try to tell her how to do it and that the magnetic Part needs to face nail and not touch . I tried to explain to her I wanted things fixed but she didn't understand. I tipped anyway because that's how I am but I will not let her do my nails again just le Henry and the other young woman that is always there. I am not knocking this place. I love it here Nd will continue to just wasn't happy she didn't fix or understand or whatever it may of been. Other than that I have never had a problem in all my years of coming here. Love this place”

  “Even though we made appointments (new covid rules) , it doesn't fail to have you waiting 30 minutes or so. Although courteous & pleasant there is a lack of communication amongst each other with overlapping appointments. Their prices are really reasonable (therefor you get what you pay for). I'm sure should I schedule an appointment off-peak they would do a wonderful job. They are decent & will not let you leave disappointed.”
