  “Provare` it was my first visit. Love the decor and ambience. My sister and I had salmon eggrolls, Brussel sprouts(love the dipping sauce that comes with it). Our entrées were Branzino fish and shrimp scampi. They were delicious! I don't even like shrimp scampi but this version was tremendous. The Butter Cake ...OMG!! I would drive up there from the SSide just for the cake. After dinner we went downstairs to the Speakeasy Prive`. The service was lovely. I will be back!!!”

  “My boyfriend and I visited over the weekend and I just want to say how much I appreciated every bit of the experience! We were celebrating his birthday when my boyfriend had a medical emergency (unrelated to the food or anything to do with our experience there) in the restaurant and the staff did not hesitate to act and make sure he was taken care of! They also helped me to keep a clear, calm head in such a stressful situation. I can’t thank them enough! Now, BEFORE my boyfriend’s health scare we were genuinely having such an incredible time! Our server (Darius I believe?) was absolutely spectacular! He was so funny, knowledgeable about the menu, and really makes you feel like you’re just a friend in his home. The food: We started with the crab cake egg rolls and boy was it a delicious start! I’ve been thinking about them since! I ordered the branzino and it did not disappoint!!! It was cooked to perfection! Before it came, I’d second guessed my order, because the table next to us had lamb chops that looked soooo good! Darius reassured me that I’d love the branzino and he did not lie one bit! My boyfriend LOVED the seafood trio pasta! We both are so upset we didn’t get to finish the food, because it was truly so delicious. The Drinks: Our drinks were great (I don’t remember the names). You can tell the bartender cares what they’re sending out. The presentation was gorgeous and the ingredients were well balanced. The atmosphere: very sultry environment. Perfect for a date night or girls night! They also have a speakeasy that we can’t wait to go back for. The service: Again, truly wonderful. Darius was attentive and our food came pretty quickly! Management and their Director of Security were so kind and helpful. Thank you again, Provaré! We will be back soon… without the ambulance this time.”

  “I accidentally booked for the speakeasy and it was the best mistake ever. Great vibes, music, and feel all around. The service was appreciated and Keke was a gem! They were able to help my wife and I celebrate our anniversary with complimentary ice cream and prosecco- 10/10 for everything we ordered to eat and drink! Small detail, but I loved the names of the drinks representing all sides of the city!”

  “We are in town to go the Obama Presidential Library, so I looked for a good restaurant to eat at and Provare’ kept coming up. Tik Tok told the truth!!! Our food was 10/10, our server KeKe was 20/10. KeKe was knowledgeable about the menu, and her positive demeanor really made it a nice experience. The Wabash drink reminded us of our wedding cocktail.   “This is one of the best meals I have had in Chicago. Truly a hidden gem. Took my boyfriend here for his bday and left so full both physically and spiritually. The food and atmosphere are completely next level. Our server was next level. CICI you’re the best will be coming back!!!!”

  “Chose this spot for my wife and I anniversary dinner. It did not disappoint at all! First obstacle is parking but that will be forgotten once you step foot inside this wonderful establishment. The service from start to finish was consistent and pleasant. We got there a little earlier than our reservation so we were able to sit at the bar until our table was ready. Drinks were great we got the MLK & LSD highly recommended! Then the food let me say there is something for everyone here regardless of your dietary choices. We started off with the delicious salmon egg rolls and spinach and artichoke dip. Then the main was lemon pepper chicken alfredo along with the seafood trio. All food looked and smelled great along with the atmosphere and vibe both on the main floor and below. Great experience that will have us back soon!! Thank yall!”

  “We started off with the roasted brussel sprouts, crab cake egg rolls and for our entrees we got steak and asparagus and fries as well as a Cajun lobster bisque pasta. And of course we got the butter cake that was absolutely to die for. My 10 and 12-year-old boys absolutely love the whole experience. The drinks and everything absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!! Our server was Cat and she was fabulous!”

  “I enjoyed provare a lot! The food was delicious and served very quickly. I got the spinach and artichoke dip and seafood trio I recommend both. The service was amazing the staff is very friendly and professional. They will accommodate you with whatever you need. I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, the music was great I loved singing along to songs while enjoying my food. It was a great birthday experience and I felt comfortable not only by the staff but also by other people dining. I was seated at the bar and the bartender Trell was very friendly I will definitely ask for him again when I am back in town!!”
