  “Marlowe is easily one of my favorite coffee shops in town. Hands down. The atmosphere is adorable, welcoming, and the perfect place to spend a few hours working, studying, or catching up with friends. The space feels thoughtfully designed, cozy, and comfortable without ever feeling crowded. The drinks are consistently delicious, and you can tell a lot of care goes into everything they make. Beyond the coffee, what really makes Marlowe special is the warm, family-oriented feel. The staff is incredibly kind and creates such a positive environment every time I visit. If you’re looking for a cute local coffee shop with great drinks, friendly people, and a productive atmosphere to get some work done, Marlowe is a MUST visit. So grateful to have a place like this in the neighborhood!”

  “The espresso machine wasn't working so there was a long wait. Only 1 person working the front but there appeared to be 3 other staff but they were not helping her. She seemed new. I didn't hear her call my name but someone else grabbed my latte, so she had to make it again. Beautiful inside, but the ambiance was just ok.”

  “i always drive past this place during my work commutes, so i finally had a free saturday to stop in and try. first walking in, it’s a beautiful aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. lots of warm lighting, marble and light walls. the nooks are cute to sit and chat or do work. i ordered the lavender matcha latte with oatmilk. it was good/okay but BUT, i should say i am not an avid matcha drinker so it can taste different for someone else. i couldn’t order food because they ran out of bagels by 2pm, which was fine to me. overall, i would say stop in to try. they are still young and they have a lot of drinks for everyone. ✨”

  “In love with the simple chic design of the venue and how peaceful the ambiance was to get work done, or simply for quiet reading. The space was less busy than my expectation for a weekend, especially given it's relatively new. I got their Caramel Latte, which I thought was kinda costly for the cup size. It's also as I went for almond milk instead of the default dairy milk. The coffee itself was okay, but short waiting time and cozy space could be a win.”

  “Stop analyzing reviews and just come here! Oh, and order the Marlowe w/ Cinnamon. *I do the same thing - finding the best coffeeshops based on ratings and reviews but this place is still young so don’t be thrown off. I stumbled into Marlowe a few weeks ago on my last visit and was excited to make it my first stop when I came back for trip #2. Drinks are delicious - atmosphere is a vibe - team members smile and make convo - there are outlets to get some computer work done. 10/10 would recommend.”

  “The recently-opened Marlowe Coffee located in Mid-Wilshire has a classy yet minimalist decor, with both tables that are well-sized for working and also a cute couch for yapping. The mirrors on the wall add a nice homey touch to the space. We got there around 9 a.m. and we were able to easily find seats, although it does get busier later in the day. The table height is a little low for working, although the height varies a lot depending on the table and which side you sit on. Their menu is simple with just your most traditional coffee and matcha offerings, but that's perfect for my indecisiveness. My friend got the Marlowe and I got their latte, and we both agreed that it was a nice coffee drink with chocolatey notes that is well-complimented by their milk. ( think they use Clover milk and Califia Farms Barista Blend.) The cherry on top was that the WiFi was outstandingly fast (500 Mbps), some tables had outlets, and the barista was so nice! Music is pretty chill and not too loud.”
