A classic American IPA. Boldly hoppy with a distinctly tropical aroma.

Brewed with English Maris Otter malted barley, and three varieties of English hops (Target, Goldings and Progress). Our aim was to create an easy drinking bitter inspired by many of the great brewers of the Black Country. It is amber in colour with complex earthy flavours.

Hoppy, gold-amber bitter. Fruit, malt and hop flavours carry through to a pleasing finish.

Pale, bitter, strong, hoppy. A true IPA using pale malt, lager malt and a generous charge of Brewers Gold hops for a powerful aroma.

Caramelised British floor malts and resinous British hops leave a complex bitter sweet finish in this session pale ale. Gluten free and vegan friendly.

Brewed with English Maris Otter malted barley, and a combination of English hops and American hops (Goldings & Cascade). Our aim was to create a true IPA. Strong, and heavily hopped, so that as in the old days, it might survive the ship cruise to India. Despite its strongly evident bitterness, its fruity, floral characteristics balance this beer perfectly.

Our golden girl is a medium fruity cider with a gorgeous delicate hue. Made using 100% cider apples, from our very own Herefordshire farm, Lily has an intense fruity nose and is gently sweet on the palate. Lily's subtle balance of fresh cider apples, candy apple sweetness and light body makes for a very easy drinking and quaffable cider.

A full bodied cider, made with a mixed blend of apples. May cause serious enjoyment.

A medium well-rounded yet a little tart 4.6% cider drier than Thundering Molly, still mellow with a very slight tart finish. Previously called Slack Alice.

House blended medium cider with toffee.

A flavourful medium dry perry. Made using juice from a blend of traditional perry pears, then fermented and matured to create an exceedingly quaffable refreshing perry.

Thundering Molly is a well rounded medium cider. Fresh and fruity with a lovely apple aroma. Gorgeous golden colour and a balanced finish. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.

House blended medium fruit cider with guava.

Dabinett and Michelin apples are blended here to present a very interesting medium cider.

Clear, scrumpy style cider from a blend of apple varieties giving it a well-rounded taste.

All English pale amber IPA, with a clean, crisp bitterness. Rich in tangy marmalade and tropical stone fruit, rounded out by a smooth, earthy finish. Vegan friendly.

A zesty pale ale that is brewed using organic lemons which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish. Hops: Lemondrop and Brewers Gold.

A Citrus Pale Ale - pale but definitely not boring! Brewed with the finest British pale floor malt, hopped with Chinook and Simcoe hops to combine for a citrusy pale taste - a thirst quenching freshness! Gluten free and vegan friendly.

A refreshing golden ale brewed with Emperor and Azacca hops. Golden in colour and packed with character, it brings together delicious notes of forest fruits, blackberry, blueberry, peach, tangerine, orange and mango. Light, fruity and wonderfully refreshing, with a gentle bitterness and a crisp, clean finish — it's the kind of beer that makes you want to find a good spot and stay there. Gluten free.

What makes a Stout Brummie? British roasted floor malts with wholesome oatmeal, earthy and floral traditional hops to leave you with a heart warming, full bodied richness. Gluten free and vegan friendly.
