About Taste Of Paradise
On Norfolk Street in Wisbech, Taste of Paradise runs as a takeaway and delivery operation with no dine-in on site, set on a narrow one-way street with easy parking nearby. The chefs cook both Indian and British meals, covering chicken and king prawn biryani, paratha and pilau rice alongside korma, masala and chips, with burgers and a chicken doner wrap rounding out the menu. Orders can be placed by phone or online for delivery, and collection is offered as an alternative to long delivery waits. Card payment is accepted, with a text or phone link option, and collection orders receive a 10% discount. Free popadoms and extra dipping sauces come with each order. Service is walk-in for anyone collecting in person.

“I collected my phone order (taken by and surprising extremely English sounding guy) after 20 minutes of ordering to save on the predicted hour long delivery wait. The shop is situated in a narrow one way street but parking was easy near the shop. The Indian/asian guys in the shop (only delivery or take away) were very polite and were helping a ‘new’ guy on the till ( by no means Asian, he was the one that took my order’ The food itself was very tasteful and colourful (chiken byriani) and plenty of it. My friend had parata (not sure the spelling) and pilau rice. She said it was very tasty too and a bit hotter than her usual Indian. All in in all a nice meal with great service. I was able to pay card and they’d send a link to my phone to pay via text. I also got 10% off for collection.”

“Was apprehensive to order as it’s a different Indian to my normal, but have to say was absolutely delicious! And got extra dipping sauces and popadoms free!”

“Worse Indian I’ve ever had, korma looked like baby food but baby food has more flavour! Masala was worse. Totally disappointed!”

EXCELLENT prices & HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to try, GOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS, as I've never had a poor meal or service from them - they are better than all the big chains, my compliments to the chefs for the DELICIOUS TASTY FILLING meals, check out their MANY Indian & British meals on their website. Please tell everyone you know to try them, better than Fish & Chips for a change and they DO sell CHIPS & POTATOE WEDGES & burgers too!”
