  “Excellent. Had a lovely evening with my girlfriend at The Manor. Our special request was honoured. The mixologist was friendly and enthusiastic to tell us about his cocktails and let us try some of them. The food was delicious and better than other restaurants, recommend trying the desserts. I was surprised how good the food was considering the relatively low cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll be back to The Manor soon.”

  “This place is beautiful. I came for a booked Baby Shower and had afternoon tea. I was slightly disappointed as my vegetarian one had finger sandwiches made of cheap white bread unlike the normal ones with lovely seeded bread. I do think also a finger sandwich of Avocado is very odd.”

  “I haven't been here for years. Completely refurbished since I last went. Stunning decor. My daughter in law wanted to go for her birthday. The food was delicious best pizza ive had in such a long time. There were plenty of things to choose from - lots of choice - roast dinner, pasta burgers, grils, pizzas etc. The staff were so attentive and made my daughter in law feel very special. Thank you. Highly recommend”

  “Our wedding at The Barn, The Manor was the best day of our lives! We honestly couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect venue or team to make it happen. From start to finish, everything was beyond anything we could have hoped for. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, creating the perfect setting for such a special day, and every detail felt so well thought out. A huge special mention has to go to Helen, the events manager, who was an absolute legend from beginning to end!! She went above and beyond for us in every possible way. She assisted with a cheeky surprise in the groomsmen’s speech, helped transform our acoustic first dance into an unforgettable party moment with confetti cannons, and even joined in singing during our surprise karaoke hour! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she genuinely made the whole experience feel magical. Helen and her incredible team Theo, Ruth and Rebecca, also went the extra mile throughout the day and made sure everything ran perfectly. Nothing went unnoticed! The food was amazing, the drinks selection was fantastic, and every single guest commented on how incredible everything was. We truly had the wedding of our dreams at The Barn, The Manor.   “Beautiful interiors, really great menu - took us all a long time to decide what we wanted because there was so many good dishes to choose from! The food was all absolutely delish! Service was so friendly, only downside is the drinks took quite a while to arrive. Would absolutely visit again though 🙌🏼”

  “I visit this place every now and then, and the quality of the food never disappoints! The service is consistently excellent with friendly, attentive waiters who make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend trying the traditional fish and chips, which are crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. A great balance of flavor and texture! Always a satisfying choice.”

  “Birthday tea time visit. As usual very nice food and service. Sorry forgot to take photos before I started. My chicken breast was delicious and a well judged portion, a little more veg would have been nice though. The pistachio creme brulee was yummy. Others had a crispy beef salad, polished off, pizzas, good size and very tasty. A little bit of a wait for dessert but nothing to spoil the visit. The service is lovely and they are quite kid friendly. Always a pleasure. Recommended.”

  “Last night my band (Toneacity Entertainment) provided entertainment for a wedding at The Manor. You could drive past this place and just mistake it for a nice looking pub. It would be your loss if you did! This place is incredible! The style and decor is stunning and the vibe is swanky as hell, and that’s just the restaurant. The actual wedding venue is gorgeous. I have played hundreds of venues and this is definitely a stand out venue. You would not expect it from the outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful and couldn’t have taken care of us any better. Thank you to Helen (head of events), you were a pleasure to meet and a pleasure to work with. We had some of the evening buffet, and the food was top notch. There was a nice spread and everything was delicious. This place is genuinely a rare and hidden gem and an incredible find if you are wanting to get married on the Wirral. I’m booking my next date night there.”
