  “I have stopped here many times over the years on my cycling days out. The prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional. However the prices have risen considerably and it is now too costly to eat here which is a real shame.”

  “Only ordered a breakfast sarnie but it was outstanding. Beautiful crisp hash browns, freshly cooked egg and decent sausages in a fresh bap. Washed down with a proper hot coffee. Service was a little slow but we did order on the tail.end of a large order being placed. Staff pleasant. Would say the only negative was the tatty menus on what looks like cheap ikea tables detracting from what would be a lovely establishment”

  “Nice cafe. I would say average breakfast for the price, in terms of both quantity and quality. I enjoyed it though and was grateful on a cold morning. Staff were great and was busy with a mixture of customers, cyclists etc”

  “The food & service has improved since the last time we called in, just a shame the numerous cyclists block off the outside chairs with their bikes though !! They must lose a lot of potential customers as the oudoor seats are blocked off by bikes !!! 😳 See the photo 👍”

  “Nice little place, comfortable and friendly service. They take your order at the table. I ordered the full breakfast which comes with a nice cup of coffee and 2 slices of toast. Unfortunately the breakfast itself was lacklustre due to the small portion. One sausage, as nice as it was, didn't cut it. One egg with one small tinned tomato and a small portion of beans also disappointed. Then the two slice of bacon was spoiled by the edges of the meat being burned black which completely ruined the flavour and enjoyment of the entire breakfast. The only plus was that the mushrooms were cooked too perfection. In my opinion a full breakfast comes with two of each item plus hash browns and at least one slice of black pudding. Then it would be worth the price of £9.60 which simply isn't worth the price for such a small breakfast.”

  “Delicious food, pasta and meatballs is still on the menu and sometimes times they‘ll let you have breakfast after the time stated on the menu, IF you ask politely. My favourite meal is the tuna melt panini; which is delicious, but I wish there was a vegetarian burger.”
