  “advertises its 24 hour (delivery) it never is, ordered here a couple times if you order between 2-7am you will 99.99% probably not get your order. It used to advertise it was 24 hour in person for years but if you turned up in person it never was. More just a general review for people to keep in mind before showing up in person or ordering delivery from here to not be mislead by false advertisement with the opening hours.”

  “Great Egg, bacon Mcmuffin and coffee is always the very best at Macdonalds. As we visited this Macdonalds twice in two days as we were away and the service was great, particularly Leah and a guy the previous day both of whom very kindly bought lovely chilled water out for the visiting dog customers, a really kind and considerate customer interaction, thank you Leah & your colleagues!”

  “I have been visiting to this for some time now and the food is good, only big issue is the customer service. They employee kids who show zero interest in customer service and no work ethics and they keep chatting in the kitchen which could be heard in the restaurant. This behaviour is considered very rude in the food industry as they could easily make mistakes when preparing food also not very hygiene. Most of my visits, I see cleaning equipments on the floor unattended and few tables kept closed for cleaning which usually stays for hours. It’s an ok place for drive thru but not when u have kids to visit and enjoy the meal. It’s really a shame for Mc Donalds as a brand.”

  “it’s like they’ve hired the preschool class that didn’t have the capacity to move onto primary school. couldn’t get an order right if it was right in front of their faces (which it is). constantly have to pay for multiple delivery/service fees due to their incompetence.”

  “McDonald's Drive Through at Winterstoke Road, Weston-Super-Mare... You need to sort yourselves out. Bypassing Waiting Cars is frustrating enough, but being rude when challenged about it, is out of order.. Also, its a good job I'm not allergic to Caramel.. When a customer orders a Latte, serve them a Latte. NOT A TOFFEE LATTE... I did wonder why the dark haired chap was laughing as I was handed my order.. Be prepared for a visit from Trading Standards, as you have served a drink that is marked up as one thing, whilst the contents are something else... Naughty Naughty..... Stupid....”

  “Absolutely appalled by the staff in macdonalds with the macdonalds app i was missing all my children's meals?! Went to the restaurant to collect missing meals to be passed through staff then to be told nothing can be done and to ask for a refund whilst still have young kids at home waiting for meals. I asked to speak to manager and she has offered to have all food done fresh for me. Massive credit to her, her customer service was top notch! But other woman needs to be retrained and gain better manners!!”

  “Drive though at 1.30 am. !!! Everybody. At home hungry orders 3 meals. Got home checking have only 2 meals . Peoples who’s was waiting to eat hot foods . Unfortunately not!!! How’s much staffs get paid there?not really done the job isn’t it? Or time to go sleep??? Ok maybe you are busy. But shouldn’t make that’s mistake as your food’s meals not that’s complicated!!!! Blimey got to drive back to get the missing one ..first missing Sweet chilli wrap.. and then go back to get it. Bought all whole bag then back home hope they’re putting right this time . Then back home got another chicken burger instead of our sharing cheese dipper!!! Very very fuming at 2 am. !! .. useless so bad big company don’t care ., you should do better than this Macdonald!!!! So convenient for not put right at the first place . Waste time !!!! With rubbish foods. If my children don’t want it . I wouldn’t go get food here at all. Service so bad and staffs needed more training!!! Or go to bed?”

  “Small McDonald's drive through on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare. Large free car park. Inside is clean and well maintained. There is a small outdoor seating area.”
