  “Currently still waiting on an order I placed with the restaurant at 7:22. Its now 9:28 and there's been nothing. They are not even answering the phones when we call. I understand its a busy night for them but this is just unacceptable.”

  “Wow I'm so disappointed! So I always order jalfrezi....wow so hot I just can't eat it? I did expect for the mixed kebab to be a bit of chicken? None!!!! Sagaloo looked like he was cooked with everything else but not spinach! Bread when you bite feel like chewing gum? Sorry but all of it was not edible! Simple! Won't recommend it and won't order again!! SO I ORDER AGAIN.....VERY BAD FLAT ONIONS BHAJI.....NÒ CRISPY JUST SOGGY.....SAME THE SAMOSAS! VERY BURNT NAAN BREAD! I WILL ATTACH SOME PICTURES? AND THE NEED OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER TO ARGUE WITH ME WHY HE DIDN'T BRING THE YOUGHURT? WOW! I DID REALLY CALL AND ASK FOR IT?! BAD EVERYTHING! SO AGAIN A VERY BIG NO! Really I order again! Thinking is better! NO NO NO !!!!!! Soggy starter and Horrible....cold rice.....cold food all together! Honestly all in the bin! Waste of money !”

  “If there was a number before 1, or minus this is what this restaurant would get! Please please do not ever order from here. Very very poor service. Been waiting over two hours for our meal. They keep taking orders on a busy day and cannot cope. I placed the order at 6pm and expected to arrive at 7.15pm. Still not here at 8.25. I rang several times. A gentleman answered and was very rude and didn’t have a clue about my order and was picking up calls from other customers and just saying very busy sorry thanks. I’ve never seen anything like it. No compensation or sorry or nothing and ruining peoples evenings and special occasions like valentines. If you can’t cope turn off uber and just eats.”

  “Busy night and they could not handle it in any shape or form from waiters to kitchen. They tried money grabbing at the expense of customer experience and food quality. Don't support restaurants that treat customers like this on ANY night of the year. The offer of a free small bottle of Cobra to say sorry don't cut it!”

  “I placed a food order through their own website at 6:30pm on New Year’s Eve and was given a collection time of 7:30pm. When I arrived, the restaurant was in complete disarray, reminiscent of an episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. The place was overcrowded, and it was difficult even to get inside due to the number of people waiting for takeaway orders. I informed staff that I had arrived and then waited..... and waited, listening to both seated diners and takeaway customers openly complain about the poor service. Despite the obvious delays, no one acknowledged me to apologise for the delay. After waiting 20 minutes beyond my collection time, I raised a complaint. After 25 minutes, I requested a refund. They seemingly did not know how to do a refund on their own system but I had to leave as it was so stressful being in the restaurant. Throughout this time, the restaurant continued to take new phone orders and assured callers their food would be ready in 45 minutes, despite the already packed restaurant, diners being apologised to for delays, and no space for takeaway customers to wait for their significantly late orders. After I left I returned home and emailed to ensure I am refunded. My email has been ignored and I have not received my refund. It is staggering to believe the owner has been in the restaurant business for any length or time. The place was chaotic and farcical. Never again.”

  “Superb food - everything tasted about as good as it gets. The meat samosas were full of flavour. The chicken dhansak and saag aloo were up there with the very best. Atmosphere and service were great, too. I look forward to trying other dishes. Highly recommended.”
