  “The first time I came (when it was still LD24) the coffee and cake were really good - so much so that I came back for a second visit. However my friend and I were really disappointed. I had an iced chai latte but couldn’t taste the chai whatsoever - even after asking if I could have some more. The cinnamon bun was hard and dry! Such a shame, maybe we just caught them on an off day, but it’s not ideal when you’re paying so much.”

  “Go to place for coffee and a little treat. Staff are welcoming and always friendly, and more importantly their coffee is brilliant. The new renovations are great too. Stay away from chains, support local and passionate business owners instead!!”

  “Best coffee shop in the area. Hands down. First and foremost. Fantastic coffee. Secondly. Service. Always excellent. And the pastries and sandwiches. Perfect. Personal faves are the chocolate banana bread. Get it toasted. And the cookies. See you there every Sunday”

  “LD24 has for years been my ideal coffee shop in Stockton Heath. Very good coffee indeed, served consistently well with care to every drink. Friendly welcoming staff. Order and pay at till, drinks delivered to table upstairs or down. Support local independents, especially when they're as good as this!”

  “This has become our go to weekend coffee stop over recent weeks each weekend. The staff are friendly, the coffee is nice, and there's a good selection of pastries. That said, we stopped by midweek and found the usual pain Suisse wasn't available so I got a cinnamon bun whilst my partner got a pan au chocolate topped with a nut topping. The cinnamon bun was somewhat flavourless and dense whilst the pan au chocolate was so dense it felt like a rock. Neither my partner nor I could stomach the texture so ended up leaving it!”

  “As a non-coffee person I am always looking for a fantastic hot chocolate. I found the best so far in Warrington here. I was stoked to see an offering of white, milk and dark options. The Cafe was cosy and warm, so important on the super cold and windy morning that I visited. The staff were fantastic, even when my son made a mess spillinghis drink. I will be back.”

  “In an already very competitive village, this is a super coffee shop. It provides speciality coffees and lots of other very tasty hot beverages. But I was most impressed by the high quality Italian style focaccias, paninis and sandwiches as well as cakes. The atmosphere is super, the service was lovely and it is well worth the visit.”
