Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return above all for the coffee, with cappuccino and rooibos tea singled out by name, and several say it beats other shops in Stockton Heath. Staff friendliness is the next most repeated theme: one reviewer describes a barista sharing tips on loose leaf teas, another says the team moved tables for a pushchair and wiped outdoor chairs after rain, and a family with a wheelchair user says the girls could not do enough to accommodate them. Several call the drinks and food more reasonably priced than competitors, and one says the food is made fresh daily, with a rocky road that did not disappoint. The one dissenting reviewer paid a high price for a regular latte that arrived only just warm with chocolate powder added, and for an iced latte, calling it a rip off. Most others describe comfortable seats and a team that greets customers with a smile even when rushed, and one buys the beans to make coffee at home.

“Amazing coffee shop! Always clean and tidy. Coffee is always delicious. Great shop atmosphere. With lots of other coffee shops in the village, I go here because of the staff! They are incredible! Always greet you with a smile, even when rushed of their feet. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. No question is ever a problem and they will happily move tables to accommodate a pushchair / heat bottle /wipe outdoor chairs after raining. Max, Maya, Will and Dan are so hardworking and treat every customer with such great care and kindness! They are a credit to this franchise!”

We will always have a laugh with her when we are in. She Makes an amazing coffee too. I always recommend her to make my cappuccino as she knows I like a lot of chocolate ontop! very quick service wheather we are sitting in or taking away She even convinced us to buy a rocky road which did not disappoint. Will always be my go to stop when in Stockton Heath”

“I've recently found the coffee house a really wonderful way to spend a morning in Stockton Heath. It has a really lovely atmosphere and all the staff are very attentive and accommodating. I really appreciated the barista sharing their tips on loose leaf teas and introducing me to rooibos tea. I also really appreciate that the food is made fresh daily and that this is reflected in both the taste and quality.”
