“Another disappointing visit today. I waited over half an hour for my breakfast while customers who arrived after me were served first. The staff seemed disorganised and unsure of their roles, which made the experience frustrating. This follows another disappointment a couple of weeks ago, when an advertised breakfast offer turned out to be available only in the afternoon. I found that very misleading. Unfortunately, both visits have left me disappointed with the service and communication.”
