  “Most possibly the worse Mcdonalds on the planet. Always have issues here and yet they dont seem to improve. Everytime I do a food order its always wrong, For example today I ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup with extra sausage and they obviously are unable to complete such a simple task as they forgot the sausage (and the extra sausage) If your unable to complete such a simple task, maybe you shouldnt operate. It's really not that hard to read an order and fulfill it. Shambles!”

  “24/7 mcdonald’s but not taking orders? food all over the tables and floors. went to the toilet water and mud all over the floor. taps don’t work properly in disabled toilet. never get out order right.”

  “Cody or coby at the drive thru window at around 2:50am was a great help, he sorted out the issue with the online app and got my order through and prepared in great time, very polite and professional. Kudos to the young man”

  “message: I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mark, one of the managers at McDonald’s at Snowhill Retail Park. After my husband became unwell and we had spent 11 hours in A&E at a nearby hospital, Mark immediately noticed we were struggling to get to a table and offered assistance straight away. He made sure our order was put through correctly, checked in with us at the table to see if there was anything else he could do. When we were leaving, I was having difficulty helping my husband back to the car, and Mark once again came to help and support us. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond were far beyond anything we expected, and at such a difficult time it meant a great deal to us. Thank you, Mark — your care and compassion did not go unnoticed.”

  “Today I went to McDonald’s for lunch around 1:30 PM, and I witnessed the manager handing out orders while speaking very rudely to some customers. She was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I honestly do not understand how someone with such poor manners and no willingness to help customers can be placed in a management position. Customer service should be based on respect and politeness, and unfortunately that was completely missing today.”

  “How hard is it to prepare a food order. I’d not eaten all day. Went for a maccies after a long day. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Got home and what do I get. A Big Mac in a quarter pounder box. Are you kidding me. It was gone 11pm with us and one couple in so not very busy. What a load of crap. What if you had a hard job with real responsibility? I shudder to think. Appalling. £12 for a meal I’ve not even got what I ordered. Please sort ya lives out.”

  “Went in, ordered a happy meal, big Mac meal, and a 5 pound deal. Took like 20 minutes, baring in mind there were about 4 customers and staff in the kitchen. As I was collecting my food, the person doing it somehow managed to put the fries in upside down so they all fell out and the food came cold. As I was trying to pick the food up, a man walked in and placed his food on the counter, they had forgotten to put his mcnuggets in. Also forgot our straws, charged us for 4 mcnuggets when I didn't order them, and made the floppiest burger I've ever seen. Get it sorted, come on”
