“I would like to say a huge thank you to the lady who was here on September 4th. She paid the other half of my order so I could get the hamburger, when I only had £3. This isn’t the first time I’ve come here to eat — I’ve been before — but this time this was all the cash I had on me, aside from my bus fare. I never saw her face and I don’t know who she is, but this was the kindest, most beautiful thing I have ever experienced. She has an incredibly good heart. Thank you so much, whoever you are! ❤️ And also. The gentleman who works there. He is very kind and a good worker.”

“Food: Great food, well cooked, nice taste. Good prices. Atmosphere: The chairs are a bit old and need of deep clean. Warm and friendly service. Overall love this place for a call n collect order.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely the best takeaway in Dewsbury! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Every order is prepared with care, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The customer service is amazing—the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Orders are always ready on time, and they never disappoint. The place is clean, the portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. Whether you're ordering for yourself or the whole family, you can always count on a great meal and fantastic service. Highly recommend Chicken Stop Dewsbury to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding customer service. Definitely deserves 5 stars!”

“I used to come here every week for around 4-5 years now as the food was brilliant and the staff were very freindly, but I don't know know what has happened in the past year but the food has slowly started to deteriorate. The sauce that they put on the Buffalo legend is more spicy than flavour and the chips are now more soggy than crispy. Please try to revert back to the previous ingredients and oil that it was 2-3 years back as I would love to come back.”

“Chkn stop is a fab little business providing great service. They answer all your questions and make sure you leave happy to the best of their capability. The atmosphere is great simple and not overwhelming. The service is fast. For good food its worth the wait. The rice bowls are a lovely choice to fill you day with a great meal IF YOU LIKE SPICY FOOD. My problem is that I said I didnt want anything spicy and yet my lovely rice bowl turned out to be so heated with spice I could not eat it. And usually I do like a little spice. Lovely presentation great quantity and quality could do with a bit more salad but other wise good but extremely spicy.”

“I normally always order the grilled chicken and rice box and I’ve never had an issue before, but today I found a hair in my food. It honestly made me feel really sick and has put me off ordering again. it’s really disappointing, especially as I was a regular customer.”
