“I respect the hard-working staff, but the service here needs serious improvement. The staff always seem serious, unapproachable, and indifferent. Simple requests like including tissues or a spoon with takeaway orders are consistently forgotten. The food taste has also changed a lot recently and isn't what it used to be. Overall, a very disappointing experience.”

“This is the most dirty and unhygienic KFC I have ever visited. The screens to order from were disgusting food and grubby hand prints all over all of them. The tables don’t get cleaned me and my partner ate on a dirty table as all of them hadn’t been wiped down. The floor is dirty foot prints mixed in food and sauce all over I was in utter disbelief that a KFC franchise could get this bad. The service is non existent no Hello no Thankyou rude people. What a waste of my money”
