“Chris delivered my food, and he was genuinely one of the nicest delivery drivers I’ve ever met. He followed all the instructions I left on my order. So considerate, kind and funny. I hope his great customer service can be recognised!”

“Went into store to collect a pizza I had ordered on the app. Wasn’t ready when I came in so I sat down for a bit to wait. As I waiting a women working was shouting at another co-worker. She continued to shout pretty much the entire time I was sat in there. Once my pizza was ready I walked up to the till to grab it and asked polity if I could have a few extra dips, which I do at every Dominose I visit, and they always offer me 2-3 extra small garlic dips. When I asked, she began going onto the till to get me to pay for the dips. I said “oh I didn’t realise I had to pay”, she then shouted “yes of course you have to pay”. I said “all other dominose gives them for free but that’s ok, dont worry about it”. She then scoffed and laughed at me. I then left the store with my pizza. The pizza was unfortunately a bit undercooked, very doughy and had very very little cheese on it. It was 90% tomato which isn’t very appetising. Usually if this was an issue I would go back into store and request a new pizza, as dominose is usually quite friends and willing to make things right, however I did feel quite put off of going back into store due to the women’s attitude and bad vibes.”

“Ordered 7 chicken strippers, Mac cheese and veggie cheeky little pizza Saturday. After an hour phoned as no food and tracker said food had been delivered. Unhelpful person I spoke to said driver couldn’t find address. No apologies, nothing. So why was tracker updated to show delivered and why no phone call from driver to try to find me? Our postcode takes you straight to the entrance gate. Asked for re delivery of fresh food. Arrived so quickly and was barely warm so suspect original food re delivered. Spent the Sunday throwing up with fever…. La Capricossia’s so much better…”

“Why allow collections when the only road in is closed both ways. Bit of common sense.”

“The chap on the desk (Josh) is a true legend who went out of his way to sort out the order, service with the brightest smile I've seen in a while too. He's a real credit to the company and demonstrates a passion like no other for what he does, he even found a better deal than I could get online so my order came cheaper.”

“Terrible Service & No Willingness to Help Really disappointing experience. I came in 30 minutes before closing and was told I had to order online. Fair enough — I tried. But the item I wanted wasn’t even available on the app. I went back to the counter and the staff were still rude and refused to serve me anyway. If a store is open, customers should be able to order. Instead I got attitude and zero effort to help. Domino’s needs to seriously improve their customer service — I won’t be coming back.”

“Had an amazing experience in dominos today, was serviced by Keria and Rio, both amazing, very friendly, couldn’t fault them at all, the service was great and efficient. We ordered food off our phone, and it was ready in no time. Brilliant, Would definitely recommend. Pizza was amazing too.”

“Freshly made, tasty, convenient and quick. Is quite expensive but that's standard for most big pizza brands. Could also be a bit more generous with the toppings, however this was a very well distributed pizza. A very recommendable experience.”
