“Plagued with misleading ChatGPT poster slop now. Used to be a sweet little cafe when it first opened. Coffee is fine, food is as you’d expect. I’d just much rather see a bog standard homemade menu made on Microsoft Word. Here’s the Vietnamese iced coffee in the flesh anyway.”

“A Hidden Gem in Tamworth! Had a fantastic visit to Cosy Coffee recently and couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly lives up to its name. The café has a wonderfully cosy ambience, with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, making it the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some quality time with a great cup of coffee. The beverage selection is excellent, offering something for every taste. Every drink we tried was expertly prepared, full of flavour, and served with care. What really stood out, however, were the flapjacks and brownies. They were absolutely delicious—fresh, indulgent, and the perfect accompaniment to our drinks. You can tell that quality and attention to detail are important here. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped create a welcoming environment that made our visit even more enjoyable. Combined with the charming décor and relaxed vibe, this café offers an experience that's about much more than just coffee. If you're in Tamworth and looking for a café with excellent beverages, amazing sweet treats, and a genuinely comfortable atmosphere, I would highly recommend giving this place a visit. We'll definitely be returning soon!”

“I used to love coming here; supporting a small business is always what I want to do. The food is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast. However, they've recently begun using ai everywhere. They used to have lovely artwork on the walls (to the left as you walked in) but that has, sadly, been replaced by ai. The menu, for some reason, has been replaced by an ai one that nobody clearly checked - "cup aur tea", "chill beef", "toms" instead of tomatoes, etc. Because of this, I can no longer support Cosy Coffee. If they remove all use of ai, then I'll happily go back.”

“Great little, quirky cafe, nice atmosphere, comfy seats, scattered with memorabilia. In the centre of town, tasty for people watching. Haven't eaten here, but the food looks tasty”

“I visited the coffee shop and noticed that a staff member appeared to be continually chewing gum while working. I appreciate this may seem minor, but from a customer’s point of view it did not give the most professional impression. That said, the peanut butter and banana milkshake was delicious. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I feel presentation and standards are important in a customer-facing café environment.”
