  “We had such a lovely experience at this pizza express. All of the staff were amazing! We were greeted by a lady who got us seated and helped me with what to order. She had such a lovely vibe about her. And we were served by Harri who was also really nice ☺️. The food and drinks were served quickly and were scrumptious. I shall definitely return when I’m back in Swindon. Thank you for a gorgeous meal out! ✨”

  “We had an amazing experience at PizzaExpress. The food was exceptional, and the customer service was truly top-notch. Pit and Grace were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and enjoyable dining atmosphere from start to finish. The restaurant offers excellent value for money and has a very child-friendly environment, making it a great choice for families as well. Special compliments to Chef Yada and Andrew for preparing such delicious meals. As a chef myself, I highly recommend PizzaExpress for dining at any time.”

  “Getting worse with every visit unfortunately. Miserable staff, reducing portion sizes, slow service and routinely seems to have supply issues. We keep going back to see if things have improved but unfortunately it’s not. There’s better places to eat at the Outlet but if you must have Italian skip here and head to Old Town. A real shame as it used to be great.”

  “The portions were smaller than we expected, although the food itself was good. Unfortunately, the staff experience left a lot to be desired. We were served by a young brunette waitress who never once smiled and came across as quite rude throughout our visit. A warmer and more welcoming attitude would have made a big difference to the overall experience.”

  “The manager Pete was very accommodating as our group arrived slightly early and started our order before the table was ready. Our waiter Luke was very professional, helpful and friendly throughout our evening. The atmosphere, food and service was excellent and a candle was placed on a dessert as we celebrated a birthday within our group. We all had a very enjoyable evening and thank everyone at Pizza Express Swindon Outlet for helping make it memorable.”

  “Everything was so perfect and high quality for everything, definitely recommend it. For 2 people £62. 1 pizza, 2 starters, 3 drinks, 1 dessert. Also on busy periods/weekends it's best to book your table, if you don't want to wait.”

  “I really enjoyed my visit to PizzaExpress. The food was delicious and the place had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Service was friendly, but the waiting time was a bit too long, which took away slightly from the experience. Other than that, everything was great and I’d happily go back.”

  “I recently stopped by Pizza Express whilst shopping at Swindon Designer Outlet. It was a great option for lunch, and they were running a great offer for buy a pizza and get another for only £1 - so it would be rude not to take advantage! The pizzas were great, and overall we really enjoyed our meal. The service was very friendly and attentive, and I would definitely recommend a visit if you’re looking for a nice lunch that isn’t fast food at Swindon Designer Outlet.”

  “Went here for an early dinner. Jalapeño doughballs lovely as always. I had the calazone for main and that was also lovely. Could not fault the food here. Used tesco vouchers so we only paid about £10 in total which was a bonus.”
