“I ordered a Mr boring burger, Garlic bread and curly fries…. The bun was SO dry. the meat was SO tough. Literally tasted like cardbox and looked like a primary school lunch. which if you have seen one, is very unappealing. The garlic bread was also very dry. Curly fries was actually decent. Overall £17.40 for all of that just for the main food to taste bad is awful. give me my refund.”

“i am not happy! Absolutely terrible service. We placed our order well before closing time, only to have it canceled because they claimed the pizza was “too big” to make. If you can’t make the items that are on your own menu before closing, then don’t accept the order in the first place. To make matters even worse, I called 12 times trying to get an explanation or speak to someone, and not a single call was answered. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers’ time. We were left without dinner after waiting for our order, with no real explanation and no attempt to make things right. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“Took pizza takeaway here quite a few times. It’s one of the best places in Swindon — always fresh and consistently good. They don’t offer as many deals as other pizza shops, and the location isn’t ideal for parking or collection, but the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommended”

“wow, how disappointing. Ordered on uber eats, and it took far longer than the estimate(but no way to track the driver!) the food was stale and cold, the milkshake crushed and uncovered and in a very dirty cool box. the driver was rude and unpleasant.”

“Frozen cheap nasty burgers that aren't actually infact fresh smashed burgers at all. Bland tasteless and quite honestly the worst takeaway burger I've ever had. Got pepperoni as a topping 3 tiny tasteless pieces. Turkey bacon that looked like it was cooked on a radiator. 0 cheese like asked for and the shwarma was conjeeled and inedible and BLACK and smelt off. As we're the chicken wings. It all just went in the bin. Avoid like the plague. Nasty vile cheap food that will leave you angry. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. You are conning the public. If i was the owner of this restaurant I would be severely ashamed at the products i was serving. YOU CANNOT advertise smashed burgers and sell frozen completely circular thin Frozen burgers. I don't think I've ever been as upset and disappointed in a food delivery before. I will be contacting trading standards within 24 hours if I don't get a refund. Take pride in the food you produce. Stop lying to the public about selling smashed burgers. 😡😡”

Customer Review Summary

The 24 inch fat pizza draws the most attention, and opinions split sharply. One reviewer calls it a must try halal pizza and also praises the chicken chunks with BBQ sauce, curly fries and cookie dough with ice cream. Another ordered the deep pan 24 inch three times, found it thin every time and said it tasted like cardboard. A third reviewer describes the pizza as always fresh and consistently good, with friendly staff, though parking and collection are awkward. Delivery is the most frequent complaint. Several describe food arriving cold and far later than estimated, with repeated calls to the shop either unanswered or met with promises that the driver was minutes away. One order was cancelled because the pizza was said to be too big to make. Burgers drew complaints for dry buns, tough meat and patties that looked frozen rather than smashed, and the wings were called atrocious. Two reviewers say they got their money back through the delivery app after sending photos or on the phone staff's advice.
