  “You get what you pay for. Very good value for money. Got a calendar, veg rolls, prawn crackers and fortune cookies for free. Sauces are thinner than expected. BBQ spare ribs weren't to our taste. Chicken chow mein was good though and chicken balls were good. It's just the watery sauces that let it down for us. Hit and miss but not the worst - give it a go because I think it depends on what you order and personal preference.”

  “Great takeaway, meal deal is good and and food tastes great. Fancied a good Chinese meal so went to tasty garden as they have fantastic menu and the food is amazing. Absolutely fantastic meals at very reasonable price. You really cannot beat the food it's very nice and the containers are also reusable.”

  “Very bad food taste like nothing and when I called to complain, I was very nice about it and the man on the phone was extremely rude shouting at me and saying he wants me to get the food out of the bin and drive it back to them even though I told them I live 30 minutes away. They told me to get off the phone (shouted) as they told me they have other customers waiting. He was so rude and shouted at me. I can’t believe how I have just been spoken to I am in shock. And half the order was missing.”

  “I just got to say the chicken balls in my order were amazing tasty crispy full of chicken the batter was thin and not clogged like others I've had the ratio spot on ,chow mein lovely non greasy no doubt the best Chinese I've had in a very long time”

  “1 star too much ! Greasy ! Over cooked No taste or flavour just tasted of oil ! Don't waste your money! Apparently this is called a pancake roll and a house special chow mein!”

  “Good food, very friendly owners, fantastic service, giving 4stars as on the one occasion the sweet and sour sauce to the chicken balls was a little runny than usual with tiny lumps of the sauce in it, this didn't agree with me or another family member (if you know what i mean!) My guess is, as it was a late order, probably reheated leftovers by adding hotwater to it. But we have been going here for years with this being the only issue so hasn't put me off”

  “Absolutely love their food, great prices too. Can never seem to get through on the phone though so we have to drive up there and order. Not sure of they deliver. Other Chinese takeaways have become quite pricey so we decided to try somewhere else about 6 months ago. Each dish is a few pounds cheaper than most other Chinese takeaways and the food is really nice. Would recommend the set deals too.”

  “We love this place, have never had a bad meal and the staff are lovely. I am a fussy eater and always ask them to change my dish one way or another, and they always accommodate my request. Highly recommend it, but try to order in advance as they get really, really busy, especially towards the end of the week and weekends.”
