“Over the last 6 months or so there has been a marked deterioration in the quality of the food cooked here. The crispy chilli beef has become totally inedible. It's tough and tasteless and seemingly prepped without any real care. The Singapore noodles have also become tasteless and lack any vibrancy. Even the prawn crackers have become extremely greasy. I don't know if there has been a change of chef or not but we are so disappointed as we were quite regular takeawayers. Please get your act together so we can enjoy your food once again.”

“A good Chinese is a mix of good food and a good price both of which the New Peking House Delivers. The staff are always very friendly. I have now lived in this area for about 7 years and tried most of the different Chinese Takeaways in the area. For service, value for money and consistency of the food this takeaway is a winner and well worth the 10 minute drive. As with most Chinese Takeaways they only take cash which means a trip to the cash dispenser first but otherwise this will always by my favourite Chinese Takeaway!”

“The last time I went here it was just called "peking house" and the crispy shredded chilli chicken with plum sauce was unbelievable. I was a little drunk, but I managed to eat 3 servings one after the other. Im going back to fairford for the first time in 15 or so years soon, I hope this place is as good as the original. They say you should never meet your hero's. Hopefully this place doesnt let me down.”
