About The Southbrook Inn
The Southbrook Inn is a pub set on Southbrook Street in Swindon, tucked off the main road but spreading through a larger-than-expected interior. The kitchen centres on traditional pub food, with Sunday roasts featuring homemade roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and gravy alongside four vegetables, plus homemade pies and gluten-free options. A banoffee cheesecake sits on the dessert list, and 3B's beer is poured on draught. Dogs are welcome inside, and a function room at the back hosts celebrations such as birthday parties and wedding receptions, with buffets offered for those events and a private garden attached to the room. The pub opens throughout the week and takes walk-ins at the bar.

“I finally visited The Southbrook Inn, and I'm so glad I did. It's a real hidden gem tucked away on a quiet side street, but it's surprisingly large once you get inside . The pub has a lovely, warm family atmosphere, and the staff, especially Julie and Alun, are incredibly welcoming and accommodating . The food is the real highlight here. The Sunday roast is simply outstanding – proper home-cooked food with generous portions and none of those tiny, fiddly bits you get elsewhere . You won't leave hungry. The homemade pies are another winner, and they're brilliant with dietary needs, offering a great gluten-free selection . It's also a fantastic venue for events. We've used the function room with its own private garden, and the buffet was delicious, with plenty of options and nothing was too much trouble . The drinks are well-priced, and the 3B's beer is excellent and well-kept . Whether you're popping in for a pint, a family Sunday lunch, or a celebration, this place is a winner.”

“Great pub , came here for a 70th birthday party in the function room , but staff and atmosphere always good in the pub anyway, serves a quality pint of 3Bs too , Rosco is a great landlord 👍🏻”

“Wow , just had sunday lunch there with my mum amd brother for mothers day . When I say ' that beef 👌👌👌' , it was so tender and cooked to perfection, with home made roast potatoes and 4 veg , homemade yorkshire pudding and stuffing and a gravy boat of extra gravy . Absolutely delicious. We followed up with the banoffee cheese cake which was sensational. Julie and her team are so friendly , warm and inviting . Great selection of drinks , although I shouldn't really be drinking on a ' school night ' but to find they stocked my favourite g8n , how could I say no. 10/10 experience and highly recommended 👌”
