Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the pancakes and the big breakfasts, with the USA Breakfast named repeatedly as filling, alongside a breakfast burger, a sausage breakfast bun and haloumi with chilli jam on sourdough. Lotus Biscoff pancakes and dinosaur pancakes get specific praise, and a Nutella milkshake is described as rich and chocolatey. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and helpful, and one reviewer liked choosing how the eggs were cooked. Drinks, including a pot of tea, draw praise, though one reviewer found them slightly pricey.

“I went with my daughter and her puppy. I had the Chilli- oumi which had haloumi, chilli jam and kale on sour dough with kale and a little jug of chipotle hollondaise it was absolutely delicious and had seeds sprinkled on and presented beautifully. My daughter had pancakes and again delicious and beautifully presented with fabulous attention to detail. The chef and kitchen staff must love sending their food out. The staff were absolutely lovely and the puppy had a puppuccino which was so cute. I would definitely recommend.”

“Went to love lily today for the first time with my friend. Absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was buzzing. It was really busy. Staff are very friendly. Beautiful laid out establishment, the grounds has a huge car park, beyond that is the Herrington Park itself. Everything at your fingertips. Menu has a wide variety of foods, also caters for vegetarians, gluten free and dietary needs. Great kids menu available. Brilliant menu for drinks. Everything from ice cold teas/ coffees to smoothies, milkshakes, and a wide variety of coffees. I suggest if you havnt been, to go and visit, test it out for yourself. Amazing!!!”

“Horrible experience. Came with my partner and we were greeted by a rude young girl with blonde hair. The rest of the staff okay but not much better. Our food was cold and my partner’s pancakes were very sour and she could not eat them. Very clearly been reheated and not made fresh, which is disappointing when they are very expensive! So many reviews mention rude staff and the same issues with pancakes so the company clearly aren’t bothered about doing anything to improve this. It’s well known that the staff are rude and some people avoid going there just because of this so makes you wonder”

“I rarely review, especially negative ones but we visited today and were so disappointed with the food. We last had pancakes here years ago and they were beautiful but today both my husband and I left half as they were hard and stale. The service was spot on and the venue is still lovely but for the price, we expected fresh ingredients.”
